Excellent location. Clean and private. Staff welcoming and the text communication was excellent. Breakfast and service was exceptional.
The only dislike I had was the lawn blower at 7am. I wanted to sleep a lil bit longer.

It felt like a private garden with great patio outside our room. Great location walking distance to all attractions
Cabins are old and bathrooms could use an upgrade. Light switches were hard to find. Our swimming pool was very cold.

The property was lovely. Felt quiet and relaxed while right in the center of the city.
The front office staff person, Jonathon, was fantastic. We were there for a quick 24 hours and he knew so much. He carefully gave us helpful recommendations and directions to make the stay delightful.
Our particular room had a few quirks. We knew we had rented a smaller room. The overhead fan did not work. The dresser literally had bottom parts of the drawers missing. The mattress was hard and seemed to sag.

Great location The staff were friendly and helpful . This was our 3rd stay and looking forward to visiting again next year .
Beautiful grounds like your in a tropical Christmas fairytale . Looked forward to watching the sunset and the Christmas lights came alive .

Excellent experience from the minute we checked in. The staff was very pleasant during our stay. The location was incredible just 1 block off Duval street, but it still felt quiet and relaxed. Beautiful grounds and property. Considering the quality of the property and the central location to Duval, the price was one of the best down there for value.
I would have appreciated if parking was included or cheaper and more accessible. There are only a limited few parking spots at 30 dollars each. We were lucky we got one, presumably because it was a slow night, but in high season im sure its impossible to park at the property.

Amazing facilities, service and the amount of available pools
Instead of too much bread options, they should add sausage or bacon to the breakfast

Lovely friendly staff ,great location so close to everything to see in Key West. Our room was lovely, with a balcony overlooking the street and the breakfast in the lovely courtyard was great.
Only a slight negative and wouldn't stop us booking again at all - we booked very late ( literally on our way to Key West having picked up our rental car from the airport in the morning) didn't realise the limited parking needed to be booked and was an extra cost . The lovely guy behind the front desk was so helpful showing us where the nearest parking was (a few blocks away) and letting us drop our luggage off and leave the car while we went to get cash for the parking lot which is $30 cash a day.

The location was good and it was quiet for how close to Duval St it was
We had to wait for 30 minutes to reach anyone to help us check in. We nearly missed our dinner reservations. There was no one at the front desk. No answer on the phone or via text and finally someone showed up 30 minutes later and didn’t know we had been waiting that long. The room was not very clean. Found roaches on the floor and on the bed stand. Floor was dirty and sticky and the shower head was loose/almost falling out of the wall. We were afraid it would break and cause a water leak.

Great location close to Duval Street and the main attractions. A really nice guesthouse with pools and beautiful gardens. A great little breakfast served each morning in the garden areas was really great. Staff very helpful and accomodation, especially Jonathan at reception and the breakfast staff. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a stay in Key West

Breakfast was nice and hot.. I loved the location where breakfast was served. Staff at breakfast was great also
Because of the way downtown is situated, parking spaces was not the best

The property in general was good. The staff very kidness, cleanest. Quiet place
The room assigned for booking in this moment was closer to the parking lot, and the room doesn’t have blackout so the light was all
Night in the room. The room was very noise because the air conditioning was installed inside, so the noise was unbearable. They offer parking inside but, they charge $30 per day.

The breakfast staff were great. Didn’t end up using a pool. And the room on top floor with that veranda seating was phenomenal. Like the parking spot love the history and also so secluded while still in the middle of things. BEST STAFF was 3-11 guy I believe he went above and beyond. He came up those stairs 4 times due to air conditioning and BAD me locking ourselves out. Plus he gave us excellent food choices and great directing us. Oh also we don’t smoke but I have a good friend who does and there was an ashtray on the veranda.
I can’t really say there was anything we didn’t like. We liked everything

$200 off season room in attic, little water pressure at sink. Our Bed shakes in middle of night when couple next door was active.

The room was quite charming. Loved it. The pools were well kept with towels on the recliners. The breakfast was advertised as small but it exceeded my expectations. A great light meal served made to order.
I have no complaints about the facility.

No central ac in the room, it got a little warm sometimes.

Excellent staff. They were superb. Very helpful in finding parking and with a property tour. Very communicative as well. One of the girls even lugged some luggage up 3 1/5 flights of stairs. They will text you both before your arrival and after to check in with you. Our room was also ready a bit early. The property itself is beautiful and has an excellent location near Duval Street. They also have on-site parking, if you can get it…which is a big plus. Our room had great AC (which isn’t always the case in Key West) and was very comfortable. I couldn’t get the TV to work initially, but someone was up within literally minutes and it was ready to go. Again, staff was A+.
This is specific to our room, but if you get booked in the “Mansion” you may be hoofing luggage up 3 1/5 flights of stairs with no elevator. While the location was great, it’s also behind a bar that will be playing reggae music until at least midnight and VERY loudly if you are in this building. The breakfast during the week starts at 8:30, so we couldn’t take advantage, but that is what it is.
Also, heads-up. Not that it’s a negative, per se, but heed their advice about booking a parking reservation. We booked last minute and these reservations were gone. Do NOT assume you get a parking spot (in fairness, they do tell you this). If you don’t book parking, you will be walking blocks with luggage to a lot where you will pay, anyway.

It was a very awful experience. We called the property cause after a heavy rain we didn’t feel safe to arrive at the hotel. Fair, we already paid for the night and there was no free cancellation. But we were expecting way more comprehension from the owners. In Key West under the rain for 24 hours is dangerous and not comfortable. And, we called one day before our arrival, not after the check-in.
We are very upset about their behavior, for sure we won’t never go there again neither we will recommend this place, after this treatment. I’m sorry but it was very bad.

Perfect little oasis, close enough to everything but tucked away in a beautiful setting. Historic buildings nicely decorated and maintained. Parking on site was perfect. The pool was refreshing. Nice lush plants. Nice breakfast made to order and delivered to your outdoor table. Good coffee, iced or hot tea available all the time. . Filtered water station. Jonathan and Violet are so awesome and extremely welcoming, helpful and hospitable. Loved the place. Highly recommended.
There was not anything I didn't like.

Great location just one street away from Duval St so yet away from the late night noise. Beautiful gardens and grounds like an oasis that could be anywhere else in the Caribbean. Unit being in historic buildings was rustic with lots of charm with modernised bathroom and modernised kitchenette bench/sink. Lovely fluffy white towels. Choice of 4 swimming pool areas. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Good continental breakfast including boiled eggs. Iced tea, water and ice to help yourself at anytime. Carparking on site for extra charge.
Soft furnishings were a little worn. Our 2 bedroom
cottage had one bedroom on mezzanine floor with a larger floor area but had a low pitched ceiling so you could only stand up straight under the spine of the ceiling which happened to be where the bed was placed. Might suit kids who can safely manage the stairs and mezzanine level. The second bedroom was on ground floor and was very small so not much floor space around the bed. There was a small wardrobe in the ground floor bedroom only. Bathroom taps and shower had very low pressure.

Bed was comfortable (although I would have preferred a King). Generally hospitable environment. Close to Harbor. Shower worked well.
Air conditioner is a window unit and makes noise all night. I expect this in cheap hotels. No king bed, expensive, and a gottcha ... the free happy hour is not available to people who booked via Booking dot com, Expedia etc ... only to customers who booked direct to the hotel. The shower amenities (shampoo etc.) were impossible to read without glasses (which is shampoo, which is soap, etc.) and almost impossible to open.

Great location, peaceful and quiet, staff were great.
Breakfast was very limited and the same everyday. No scrambled eggs, bacon or any kind of danish. Drink choices pretty limited too.
