The location and the reasonable price once I finally got the gentleman at the front desk to match the online price.
I wanted to pay for the room in advance for a friend of mine who was coming in from out of town so I contacted the hotel in advance. It is a very difficult process to pay for the room over the phone with this place. I even question the security of it. However, after going through all of the ridiculous steps to pay for the room myself, he STILL made my friend pay for the room when she checked in. He never contacted me to tell me that my credit card did not go through due to the security measures from my bank. Even though he was VERY aware of my intentions, Instead of calling me to resubmit the payment, he would not let her check in until she gave him the cash. This caused her to be short on cash until she could get with me for me to give it to her. This was the same gentleman who, from the time before, told me to book directly through the hotel rather than online and that he would always match the online price. Yet every time I book a room there, it is a hassle to get him to match the price and then he pulls a stunt like this. In addition, be aware that you never talk face to face with anyone at the front desk. It is all done through a computer screen in the lobby like you are talking to The Wizard of Oz.

room was clean. pealing paint or something in the shower. We had to put a towl on the shower floor as to not step on the pealing whatever was.
The FREE breakfast is a false notion. The only thing provided was coffee and a package of small store bought muffins.
When we checked in and then out there was NO ONE working the front desk. There was a person on the kiosk who said that they were in the headquarters but there would be someone available if we needed anything. We were told to dial "0" Zero on what? There was no phone in the rooms. Very weird situation
