Don't Reserve this spot ain't it if you want better. Quality Inn down the street is better.

Doors wasn't secured for safety. Bedroom tv signal quality was terrible, remote didn't work. Refrigerator/freezer didn't cool as fast as I wanted. The beds were so uncomfortable to even have a great night's rest. Shower head could've been extended water pressure was awful. Strange people walking in and out of the property. Arguing guest at late night hours awful smell of weed. Bathroom needs air freshener I get its a budget motel/hotel you what you pay for,but damn the experience could've been whole lot better,then I wouldn't have to write a review.

The hotel was near where we needed to be. It had cable TV, and nice clean towels.

The refrigerator was dirty, the hallway smelled of curry, the room smelled weird, the AC unit was loud, and it was run-down..the pictures on booking.com do not look the same.

Quiet location, but expect to clean your own room!

Only thing I liked was that it was quiet.

Main things were the inability of staff to do their jobs and cleanliness. My husband and I had to clean our own room everyday after getting tired of begging them to clean it.

Convenient if you're looking for a cheap hotel to sleep.

The room was clean, the pillows and the bed are comfortable. The room has a good size and it has everything you need on a common hotel. The location is good just because is near downtown.

Very noisy, there was a fan in the aisle that runs all day and night and is very noisy. The walls are like paper, you can hear your neighbor snoring all the time. Wifi is slow. Breakfast is poor.

The price & location

The refrigerator was not working. There was a lot of noise bumping, thumping & doors slamming all through the day & night. A plumbing problem caused food to back up in the sinks & bath tub with a gurgling sound coming from them all. I cut my trip a day short.

The room was still dirty when we got there. They had us sit in another dirty room while they “cleaned” ours. We ended up only staying a few hours and they refused to give me my money back.

We did not let the hotel experience ruin our trip, although the hotel experience was horrible

The place was nasty, not clean although I did check the bed. There was no bugs in the beds was brand new but the place needed to be clean. There was cops there when we went to sleep. Cops there when we woke up and it is in a very, very bad area of town.

A mattress that fits the bed frame. My friend gashed her leg open by hitting the bracket to the bed frame that stuck out 3 inches from the mattress.

The ac was very cold!

This is an older motel. Needs updates. Bed frame was too big for mattress. And most of all, the pool was not open! Also, breakfast is served in the office/lobby, which is a whole separate building. Didn't participate in that either morning. No coffee pots in rooms either. The shower's facet was difficult to work. Had to ask at front desk how to work. You get what ya pay for I guess. But will not be returning here to stay.

The room was very peaceful..I slept very well..staff was very firm,but very friendly..The moved me in before check in time..soo I was very happy about that.My bed linen was very cleaned-fresh out the dryer and the bath room was clean as well

Horrible

Nothing at all.

Clerk while she did apologize about this instance, booked me in a room. Then tried booked another customer in the same room. I got woken up at 1030pm to someone trying to enter my room. Luckily I had the deadbolt and latch locked. I told the person they had the wrong room. Then they tried again a fee mins later amd told me the front desk wanted to see me. I was not leaving the room as I was traveling alone. I tried to use room phone to call front desk, it did not work. I had to call twice from my phone before clerk answered. She made the mistake of entering in the computer as I was in the room next to me. I told her my keyboard said rm 318 and they key card opened the door to room 318. I did not sleep well that night as it scared me someone trying to enter my room and also banging on the door. I did not feel safe. I understand it was an error but as someone traveling alone and a female, I did not have a good experience and will not be back nor recommend. Awful smell in the hallway. Like someone had been smoking. Mold in the shower. Shower head was nasty.

Very filthy and nasty

Room was not clean. Very filthy. Had was request housekeeping to come in. My daughter slept in the car.

Nothing i like. Hallway was smelling like someone having been smoking for decades in there. Bathroom tub was filthy like it was not clean for months. The stove, refrigerator and things were sticky and when we took off our shoes. The dirt around the room makes the bottom of our feet black. That's how filthy it was. I was in town for a wedding the next day and places were fully booked. So we soldier it out. Never again would I put my family through this mess again.

Close to where we needed to go

Dirty, smelled like smoke even tho claimed to be a smoke free facility, had a double bed room and only given 2 towels and when we asked for more they claimed they didn’t have anymore. Let’s not forget the cockroach too.

The employers friendly and helpful.

The room was horrible. The inside door had a blue tape all over the edge. The floor were pilling off. The middle drawer between the queen beds had trash. The room that I had was not in great conditions to rent out. Also, the hallways smelled like weed, liquor, and cigarettes.

For the price I really wasn’t expecting a lot, and they still managed to fall short.

Front desk staff was very professional and prompt with service.

The advertised pool was permanently closed. Room had notes left by previous guests when we arrived that were overlooked by housekeeping. Shoutout to Stacy and Mark wherever you are now, I feel like we know you. No housekeeping service during the entirety of our stay, beds weren’t made, no fresh towels.

It was not clean at all the toilet in our room had some past guests human feces in it . And you could tell it was there awhile it was dried up. We took pictures and still waiting for a refund that the manager promised me.

Wasn't a bad stay. Not luxury but not bad

The stay was well. Clean and our room was very conveniently close to the exit and to our car. Staff was friendly. It's located Right next door to Walgreens and other places if you needed to go anywhere. We got in kinda late, so we sprayed and wiped everything down in the room, (a must if you stay ANYWHERE) got cleaned up and ready for bed. It was comfortable enough. I could stay again if i needed to. Breakfast was coffee, muffins, donuts and cereal. The staff was friendly

Side note: The photo online is what the office building looks like when you drive up, but the rooms are in the back, the buildings to the left of the photo. They're not connected to the office... The toilet didn't work, the coffee pot was dirty (however, i cleaned it) still didn't drink the coffee because the creamer and sugar packs were old. I didn't feel comfortable. At 1st, the TV didn't work, but after turning it on and off a few times, it worked just perfect. Mom tried to use the blow dryer but it stopped working after about 1 min. It may have gotten to hot. The room was kinda dim unless you opened the curtain. It's brighter tho near the door and bathroom. Pool isn't opened at the moment
