The location is excellent go shopping at Grapevine Mills and the hotel isn’t too far from the interstate access.
The airplanes flying over did not bother me but the noise made it hard for my husband to sleep. Also, the breakfast was fine but I’ve been to other hotel chains that offered more selection, especially for kids.

There was nothing special or exceptional about this facility. Frankly, I was very disappointed. I have stayed in Hyatt Place properties in other states. However, this is one of the worse I've stayed in. It is definitely in need of a remodel.
There was no microwave in the room. Our room was ADA accessible. It was supposed to have a flip down seat in the shower. Instead it had a very unstable shower seat. My husband didn't feel comfortable sitting on it. On a positive note there were plenty of grab bars. Also the toilet was not refilling after flushing. We had to remove tank lid and manipulate the mechanism.
