I was very happy before I left this hotel. Because I love this traditional hotel they provide. This hotel is only less than 15 minutes drive to the airport. And all the staff are very friendly, kind and professional and very helpful. One of the staff helped me to add water into my front windshield bottle and check my oil cleanness and tell me that I should buy the oil and he will help me to change oil. And after he knew I was quite interested to learn how to speak Spanish, he used the times he was cleaning the laundry room taught me some important Spanish sentences. I was also impressed by the morning front desk supervisor she was unbelievable kind and eager to learn whatever I was trying to teach her to improve the most important thing in our life and how to improve and managing the hotel business to reach the goals. This hotel the room I was staying has a large traditional refrigerator not like so many other hotel rooms have a small little simple fridge. Some of them even have too much ice on the top level and I was unable to put anything in it...and some even leaking and I have to spend time to wipe the floor... Of course some of the good deed those staffs did it to help me I couldn't find words to describe. A lot of good memories that I will try my best to go back this hotel and make my reservation ASAP with the best travel agency is called Agoda. And of course I will strongly recommend my family and friends and neighbors and whoever would like to use very inexpensive money to enjoy the good times and benefits from your budget to receive every penny you earn get. The location was perfect and the cleaningness throughout the property stood out, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Quiet and Accommodating

After i was trying to take a shower. I found out the bathtub faucet was so difficult to turn on. Later after the shower I was shocked that the faucet was unable to close. The water just keeps falling down, I used a large trash can to save the water. The whole day and night just kept falling down making a lot of noise. And because I had reported this problem to the front desk. She told me that its late and the staff had gone home, you need to wait until tomorrow for them to come to fix it.
