Poor management

Upon check in manager Jose stated we’d receive a discount as we did not have a working tv in the room. That to call booking.com after our stay. Upon heading into the room. The toilet was completed backed up and clogged. After my stay i called booking and manager denied the claim. We had no tv for our stay and were told we’d receive a discount.

NOTHING!!! We were ripped off by this joke of a hotel. We requested late check in when we booked the hotel. It said they offer 24 front desk. When we arrived they said they cancelled our room because it was after 11 pm. (The clerk pointed to a sign posted on the wall. This is not mentioned on the booking document) The clerk asked for my ID and credit card. I assumed it was to give us our room (which they had). Instead, she used my credit card to charge me for the first night and refused to give us a room. She claimed she could not give us a room because the system was closed down for auditing. This place is a total SCAM. How dishonest to tell us, "Let me look it up. Give me your ID and credit card, when she knew she had no intention of giving us a room. Extended stay has lost my business FOREVER! I will not stay at any one of their locations. We know this is a low budget place with low ratings, but this was a last minute trip for a funeral. Our expectations were not high, but this set the bar to a new low. Unheard of. Terrible way to run a business. The robot of a clerk just kept repeating the same thing with no interest in seeing my reservation document, or making any attempt to help us.

Shame on you for treating your customers this way! Booking.com should not do business with this horrible place. We did not like that this hotel charged us for a room, but refued to give us the room. No where in my reservation documents did it say that they would not check us in, if we arrived after 11 pm. It said there was 24 hour front desk service. The clerk was so dishonest. After she told us our room was cancelled, she said, "Give me your ID and credit card and I'll look it up." Then she charged me for the room and told me she couldn't give it to us. Who does that? Really! Extended Stay has lost my business forever. My husband and I travel three months of the year. We will never give you any of our business again. Ever!

We kept finding cock roaches ! We had to move rooms and the same thing happened again .. I come to visit quite often I drive 5 hours .. This was the final straw for me , unfortunately I will no longer be staying at this property due to the roach infestation.

Having a laundry room

It had several cockroaches in my room, the bathtub was leaking nonstop, Tv channels were very few, parking area did not look safe and the facilities were very old. One staff member was understanding about cockroaches during my check out but still did not offer me any discount compensation.

On the first floor, there were cockroaches and cockroach droppings in the corners of the kitchen cabinets that had no cabinet doors on any of the cabinets. The room was between 2 long term residents that hoarded their room (they both had their window curtains wide open to see the condition of their rooms).

Didn't check me in after 12am (regardless pre checking) and made me stay on the street

The place didn't let me check in after 12 am despite the fact that I called the front desk prior (7 pm) to let them know I would be checking in late. Eventually, I came to the location and they didn't check me in, this location has no checking available after 12 am. Additionally, when I tried to purchase a room, they said we are sold out. They didn't accommodate me and let me stay on the street. They sold my room to others, and after a week, they are still avoiding returning the money. Completely illegal act and behavior outside of the policies of Extended Stay America Suites.

A decent stay.

Large grassy area out back with picnic tables and a grill and basketball court. Perfect for taking the dogs to the bathroom. A dog park was in walking distance from the facility. The area was very safe for walking with my dog and I. The beds were very nice and comfortable.

Very dated and old, while it was clean it didn’t feel that way because the bathtub and shower and sinks had old water and dirt stains. The grab and go breakfast only has nutri grain bars—no oatmeal or muffins.

•The Rooms had Multiple Roaches. •Every room I rented from the window Screens was ripped open or had holes in them definitely its a safety hazard for small babies/children. •The sheets had stains on them ,the third sheet was hidden and dirty underneath . •couldn’t open the window for air because the window shields were covered in spider webs/Dirt and dust. •couldn’t turn on air conditioning because it was also covered in dust. •floor was dirty and corners of the walls were covered with dust and spiderwebs. Tv & table was covered with dust.

There was nothing to like seriously.

The staff was horrible, the "breakfast" was a nutri grain bar or a tiny muffin, the customer service was non existent, and don't bother trying to get your laundry done by the staff cause it will take them s week to give you your clothes back. Also, they will charge your card when you check out saying that you "damaged something". DO NOT RENT HERE! Cockroaches everywhere. Worst motel I've ever been to.

The room looked like an old hospital room. The bathroom and floor were dirty. The key card system was down for the entire hotel. When we left and came back, we would have to wait at the front desk for someone to show up. The advertised free breakfast was a protein bar. Then they would have to go to our room with us and let us in. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

I, 65 year old woman with a broken foot/knee scooter, had a terrifying moment in a hallway with a 40 year old man who seemed to be paranoid. Apparently he became afraid of me as I did exercise laps in the parking lot. then went ahead of me to my 3rd floor room - waiting outside my room - to threateningly close ask if I was a cop or FED. He also self reported very quickly to hotel staff, who then told me "don't stalk HIM. HE felt afraid. Leave HIM alone." We left. This is the lowest price hotel and the PD says attracts crazies.

the basic amenities were there... the coffee was good.

electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work; faucet was questionable; things just looked so old and battered; no lounge in the complex for other use or meeting someone; the "breakfast" was the cheapest I've ever seen... and there was no coffee on my final day (and dry cream, not liquid - yeck!). Just an overall sense of not caring for the place and service at a minimum. Cheaper price, but not worth the value I paid for with a 4 night stay.

Location, it was off a side street so it lacked traffic. Parking was plentiful also.

Rooms are old, the bed was not comfy at all. The vending machines didn't work. The breakfast is coffee and oatmeal with some muffins so don't expect much. Their were a number of flies in the room.
