They don't serve breakfast but they have great coffee/tea/cocoa. I like that they don't automatically service your room. That keeps costs down. I can make my own bed. When I wanted fresh towels, I just asked and that's what I got. My kind of place. Quiet, clean, excellent friendly and capable staff. It's not a five star hotel but it was five stars for the price and comfort. Exactly what I was looking for. I will be back.

The location is right off the freeway and very accessible. Pretty decent amount of parking.
There for some reason wasn't any soap in my room, so I had to go to the lobby to request some. I'm assuming it was a fluke and isn't the norm for there

It was clean and convenient to stay one night during your road trip. I liked the samples they give to the customers!!

The toilet ran I had turned it off the shower. The bathtub had been repaired, but they didn’t finish the job. It was still gray. There is also toilet paper stuck in the floor of the tub unit. Unacceptable.
Also, I had to complain about a barking dog that was on the first floor directly underneath our room. I called management and ultimately I was told that they really couldn’t do anything. And that I should not knock on their door asking them to quiet down. Unacceptable. They did not protect too bad that’s why you’re getting minimal scores. It’s a shame but people need to know. They are definitely on their own. I would’ve been better off to call the police department.
You should reimburse me my fees because I didn’t get to sleep well all night because of that dog
