The place was no clean, there was hair all over the bathroom and the tub and sink was clogged (the water just sat in the sink and tub) and took a while to drain

A little rough around the edges but in general a good stay.

Top on the list were the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. The Inn is a little rough around the edges (one elevator was not working, the exercise machines are old and a little cranky, curtain was broken in the room but I fixed it), but all in all it was a good stay.

Facility is old and in need of some repairs and updates. Breakfasts were a bit monotonous but I stayed for a week so hard to cater to longer term costumers.

Its a cheap and decent hotel

A booked a 2 queen room and called they got me into a 2 queen suite instead and then I called again to make sure everything was good to go the next day, and was told yes. Checked in that night and found out I got the wrong room with one bed and they sold out! They told me they couldnt do anything for me.. im disappointed i made sure everything was good.

Not clean, unprofessional and disgusting

Location

The staff were dressed unprofessional, no professional clothing. We checked into the first room “it smelt moldy and humid and musty, we requested to change rooms to get told “the buildings old it just is kinda what it is” we moved in to the new room for it to smell even worse! Room furniture was not clean, no spare sheets for the couch pull out bed.

Breakfast was great and fully stocked. The breakfast area was clean. Front desk staff were great. The room was a comfortable size and the bed was comfortable

One elevator was not working. The hot tub worked but there was no heater. A sign was provided stating this The carpets need to be clean. The carpet in our room was not vacuumed as there were pistachios on the floor along with what looked like a craisen. The desk was sticky and was bowed and the back leg was broken. We have stayed at this location for over 20 years when visiting relatives and it seems like it has started going down hill.

Very spacious!

Large room with a great seating area and a great kitchenette area. Plenty of storage space. It's a great place to settle into.

The AC was odd. It was freezing when I arrived, I think the carpet had a layer of condensation as it felt wet. I kept it warmer, but then there was a basement smell. There were some issues with the lightbulbs. One was out in the bathroom. And the one over the bar area would flicker on occasion.

The location was good, the bed was super comfortable.

The carpeted floor was disgusting. There was debris on the carpet itself which definitely should have been vacuumed on the last cleaning, and I made the mistake of walking barefoot... it was sticky. That carpet definitely needs replacing at this point.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was close to everything to do and restaurants.

We were on a 6 day stay, we were told we would have our room cleaned on the third day but after day four I had to go ask for it to be cleaned and for clean towels.

Location, halfway to home.

Hot tub was not hot, room needed maintenance, almost all doors were off kilter or broken. Shower curtain looked cut off so shower leaked on floor.

Don't stay there

Location

We arrived on the 23rd as planned and was checked into room 312. After spending the night and going out Saturday,upon our return room 312 has been given to a Caucasian family and all of our belongings are now missing. The front desk is no help saying he doesn't have any idea where our things are. He told us to come back tomorrow and I said are we just supposed to sleep in our car. His reply was I'm sorry mam. I didn't have my medication . I called customer service and we are now in room 212 without any of our belongings. We want a full refund and our belongings. We have nothing but what we are currently wearing. This is such poor customer service and blatant racism. To tell the black family there is nothing you can do and to come back tomorrow. I never received a phone call saying they were moving our luggage to another room. I can't express how disappointed I am with this hotel chain. I will not recommend staying to anyone. On the 27th we have not heard from the manager, and there has been no expression that a refund or any compensation will be given.

The hotel was perfect for our needs but I do not recommend any hotel for a tornado!

The hotel was nice and clean. It was great just for what we needed. All staff were super nice, friendly, and helpful. We encountered a tornado with sirens going off at 1:30am the last night of our stay. The late night lady was very helpful and concerned for all the guests. She was calm and tried her best.

The hotel did not seem very prepared for the tornado. No one really knew where to go. The night shift lady did her best but couldn’t really get in touch with her boss easily for more information.

I read all the reviews of this place and they were all good, based on cleanness and good value for your money but honestly I wasn't pleased. The breakfast was good but when we got there I found a live bug on the bed, we checked the mattress and didn't find anymore so I thought maybe it had came through the door or something. 2 hours later we killed two flying roaches. At this point I was pissed and we left. The lady at the desk said they just did a routine spray and maybe a few was missed...flying roaches will literally get on everything! When we came home I didn't even bring my bags in they are all in the garage in trash bags. I am a very clean and picky person and this wasn't acceptable.

We had a "Disability Access" room near the elevator. Since few people were there on January 2, we didn't hear any loud talking. We are Senior Citizens but do not need "Disability Access.”
