I would not stay there again

The only thing people were eating were the waffles and. I don’t eat waffles for breakfast. Coffee was fine.

Room was small/ tight and the entire first floor smelled like strong chlorine from the inside pool. Felt claustrophobic.

Room 136 - Our telephone did not work; tried to call the front desk & the phone was dead. The toilet seat was loose; needs to be replaced before someone falls & gets hurt. Went for breakfast at 8:00; ends at 9:30, & biscuits were gone & never refilled. Waffles were running low.

I was impressed by the condition of the room it was clean and everything was nice and I enjoyed stay

It was well organized. The biscuits were very good.

I'm not a breakfast person so I didn't try most of the things. One thing I didn't like was the eggs. I don't eat cheese and I wanted standard fluffy scrambled eggs. The sausage was steamed so it didn't look done but it was. Could have been cooking a little longer. The gravy was very thin and fairly tasteless.

Great staff - rooms are lacking. Dog odors, and needs maintenance.

The staff were great! No issues whatsoever with check in - I had to drive 1.5hrs from my jobsite to the hotel, but communication was great even with a check in just before midnight. Room appeared clean - new vinyl plank flooring ages far better than any commercial grade carpet. Great TV, AC got cold enough and wasn't terribly loud. (Though I like a fan noise when I'm sleeping - as my wars ring constantly). Plenty of power outlets near the bed.

As they allow pets, I was not surprised my room smelled like a BIG sweaty dog. Bummer. But I sprayed some cologne on the sheets and was able to sleep. Also, after the AC was on a while, it disapated. The pillows are ALL square (small) and soft. Happy I brought my own (3 bad discs in my neck). Apparently, due to moisture buildup - the rubber baseboard trim was coming off the wall below the toilet. So, there's a need for some attentive maintenance for sure. Would not have been worth mentioning if the rooms were, say $20 less. I feel they are somewhat overpriced for the quality of the product.

Check-in very slow, staff not very interested, phone not working in room, told all of my floor not working. Light smell room had been smoked in. Hallway had light smell of pot. Back door to lobby never locked and no security anywhere.

Terrible location. Not a safe area. Elevator was broke. Roaches in the bathroom. We got in late and there were a lot of people walking around outside of the hotel. They were not guests.

Beware of earwigs.

Close to base.

New level of trauma unlocked. Had an EARWIG crawl into my ear in the middle of the night! So painful and uncomfortable!!! It came out of my ear in the shower in the morning. So gross!!! Staff at front desk gave me a small discount off room when I showed him the earwig (I unalived it). Found two other bugs in room. Hotel needs to exterminate better. I’m still traumatized.

+ One of the best breakfasts we have had at a facility in this price range; especially liked the omlettes + for those that must watch their sugar intake, there were numerous options here that were high in protein. In addition, the service area was very clean and well stocked. Well done! + Great Bed + Nice outdoor sitting area

- Cleanliness (Room 225) -- Carpet was soiled and needs either a thorough cleaning or replacement -- Sticky substance on the desk that should have been cleaned by housekeeping -- Bathroom needs a deep clean (e.g., mold around the sink water faucet; dirty/moldy shower curtain; dirty floor) - Musty/moldy smell emanating from the air conditioner

Elevator out, room on 3rd floor, I had foot surgery 1 week earlier, and my wife has Parkinsons. My daughter and Son-in-law were with us. We asked for a room on the 1st floor, but none were available. He said that if it were just my wife with Parkinsons staying that he would give her a 1st floor room, but not our whole family. The manager was rude and unconcerned, as if it was ok to ask us to climb the stairs with all our luggage, and didn't offer any help. Someone else waiting in line offered to trade for their room on the 2nd floor. The manager finally got us a room on the 2nd floor. We dragged all our stuff up the stairs to a hot room. We found another room at Tru by Hilton. We checked out and got a refund. We won't be staying at another Best Western Hotel!!

Nice hotel, but staff needs more guidance

The room was very comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable as well. They had lots of options on the TV and it was a really good room for the price.

The front desk was extremely rude. There was no sign about a policy regarding if you lived within the city that you had to pay $100 and not the $50 deposit that is listed on the website, there is also no policy on the walls or the counter, stating that the deposit would be different. The only way you would know is by them telling you when you’ve already booked the hotel so I was unaware that I had to pay $100 not $50, additionally, it has to be in cash as well. If you’re Wichita Falls resident which again I was unaware of because there’s no policy anywhere listed that I would know that until I already got to the hotel and they tell me that and he was very rude when explaining when I said well next time could you guys please post it somewhere so people are aware ,that was overwhelming for me. I agreed to pay it. I never was mean or rude, but I started to cry. I didn’t mean to, my eyes weld up and I started to cry because I was just worried about money situation,and the man told me I had to leave because he didn’t like that I was crying . I then asked him to please call the manager cause he couldn’t make someone leave for crying cause I wasn’t being mean I didn’t even say anything. I just started crying, And I said that they needed to post the policy so that more people are aware so we can prepare in advance . The manager was very kind and told him the same thing he couldn’t make me leave because I was crying when I had not done anything rude or wrong. He continued to say, but he didn’t like that I was crying, but they did make him have me stay, I ended up staying a couple extra nights because the bed was so comfortable.

Spotlessly clean, quiet room, great breakfast

Room was spacious and clean. Also very quiet, the double glaze windows didn't let any of the outside noise from the interstate nearby in. Room had a 50" TV. Breakfast had a good variety. We stayed here on the last night of a two week road trip and this was the best place we stayed in. Really good value for the price.

Unpleasant Stay

It provided an immediate place to sleep due to emergency.

The room was extremely dirty and bug infested. Flies and roaches were dead all over the place, and the room smelled like water and pets. I didn't sleep well due to the smell, and it felt like something was crawling on me. I left in the middle of the night.
