Great location. Room was big, cozy, comfortable, and the breakfast was great. When booking was granted a late arrival, which was really nice gesture. Very clean throughout.

The room was clean and comfortable. My husband really enjoyed the continental breakfast. Staff were all very nice, especially the person who checked us in. And Ellensburg turned out to be a cooler town than I was expecting.
The check in process was painfully slow, although maybe it was just that so many people arrived at once. As usual I found the continental breakfast had little on offer for vegans and it left a bad impression that they left deliveries of chilled goods out in the breakfast room.

The room was clean, however the shower did not work I reported it and they offered to change our room but we were checking out anyway in about an hour.
Not having a shower, but they did offer another room.
