The room was clean and the bed was comfortable; the morning desk person (6am guy) was very kind, helpful and accommodating. He was one of the best parts of the stay.
The first room that I was in, had no phone service, the toilet backed up on the first flush and a couple of the towels were not clean. I was moved to a second room, smaller than the original room that I paid for, but of course they would not reimburse me for the smaller room. It was fine, as I was only there for one night. The main takeaway: The hotel is dated, and not in the best area of town, the breakfast was horrible to say the least, and the staff, (with the exception of the 6am morning guy) was ok, but not very kind. I would not stay or recommend this hotel in the future.
