Amazing stay! We would stay again without question.

The location is amazing! Walkable to downtown Calistoga and just a short (less than 10min) drive from so many of the winery’s and vineyard’s in the area. The courtyard area is great with a lot of shade and a fountain for relaxing or having breakfast. The pool area is wonderful as well with typically poolside furniture plus a couple of outdoor sectionals that are nice for afternoon relaxation by the pool.

Could use a bit of variety in their breakfast offerings day to day. The breakfast prepared was good, but if staying for 3-4 nights you are definitely ready for a change.

This was out second stay there this year and this one was disappointing.

One room was good sized and the second room, though we paid teh same price was tiny - no space to even sit. Breakfast was very basic. Today the elevator was stinking ( like dead animal smell) the one staff we spoke to only spoke spanish and was trying to clean the kitchenand was trying to say that the smell was from there - but we don't know Spanish so I am not sure what she was saying. This was out second stay there this year and this one was disappointing.

Great hotel for anyone visiting Calistoga area.

The location is excellent — right at the end of downtown Calistoga. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the vineyards we planned to visit: Castello di Amorosa, Sterling Wines, and Chateau Montelena. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-stocked with plenty of towels. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel also features a nice pool and hot tub, which we really enjoyed. Breakfast was a highlight — I was traveling with my parents (65+) and a 6-year-old child, and everyone found something they liked. There were omelets, oatmeal, waffles, butter, cream cheese, muffins, bread, and more. I highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone visiting the Calistoga area.

The location and room. I like that the orange juice was 100% and fresh fruit.

Breakfast options limited, only whole milk no Almond or coconut milk options and a more wholesome waffle mix. I will not stay in room 116 because it next to housekeeping and when they close the door it made a loud noise.

When I called two days prior to my stay I was shocked to be told I did not have a reservation. After I insisted I DID have a reservation, and after a little more study of the reservation list by the front desk attendant, he admitted that my name was in fact entered into the list but in a manner he was not familiar with and then was able to confirm my reservation. Since this trip was to celebrate our anniversary, and had long been planned, I was unsettled to be told - off hand - that I did not have a reservation, through an oversite on the part of this front desk attendant.

Wonderful time at the BW Stevenson Manor. We will stay here again next tine we are in Calistoga.

Smallish hotel, well built and comfortable. The receptionist on the front desk was fantastic. She gave us lots of tips and was very friendly. She told us about the shuttle in Calistoga that will take you to the various local wineries or wherever you’d like to go in the area - free of change if you are staying at the BW. The pool, jacuzzi and gym were great. Lots of breakfast options and included in the price 😀

Pleasantly surprised by this excellent hotel.

Great location on a quiet corner just beyond the Lincoln Avenue shopping district. The rooms are large, comfortable, impeccably clean and everything is in perfect working condition. The grounds are nice, with a clean outdoor heated pool, a spa, and a good quality fitness center. The breakfast was much better than expected for a small hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Really couldn't find anything I didn't like. Totally exceeded my expectations.

Enjoyed two days and nights at the very clean, comfortable and welcoming Stevenson Manor BW in Calistoga, CA.

This was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was spotless, even the corners in bathroom! Plenty of towels, good bath products—shower big enough to turn in with no leaking through door to floor. Very complete breakfast and easy walk to town if breakfast offerings weren’t enough. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. My partner enjoyed the hot tub.

Way to expensive but good pool

The breakfast was good and the pool at night was nice.

The beds were SO small. There was a ton of dead space in the room and the room could have easily fit queen beds instead of doubles. Also, it was over $500/night with tax. Wayyyy over priced.

The perfect place to explore the Napa Valley without the high price tag

The room was very spacious and very clean. Our room was next to the ice machine, which made a lot of noise (albeit intermittently). We noticed it on arrival so asked reception if we could change rooms as I am a very light sleeper. Unfortunately all rooms were booked but reception staff and the hotel manager were very responsive and offered to unplug the ice machine overnight so that we could sleep. I really appreciated the gesture and that they cared about the quality of our sleep. If you go to this hotel, know that you’re in good hands. The hotel is within walking distance of the main street in Calistoga and next door to lovely hot spring spas, so you can stay somewhere affordable and treat yourself to a little luxury too.
