House to 500 mts from the beach, with 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans and 1 suite, social bathroom, living room with satellite TV, dining room, kitchen, service area, shower, barbecue, wood oven and another 1 bathroom . Concertina type fence.
Quiet location with large lawn with direct sun until 17:00. Kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, cooking utensils.
Important: Bring bedding, table and bath
The rate and cleaning (R $ 150.00) corresponds only and exclusively to the following areas: internal and external floors, windows, glass, rooms, kitchen tiles and bathrooms, box, washbasins.

Imóvel em ótimo estado, as fotos representam a realidade, proprietária auxiliou nos momentos necessários (contato por whats), praia limpa, vizinhança tranquila. Recomendo
