Decent stay

The property was very well maintained and cleaned. The room we got was HUGE! 109. However it was right next to their maintenance door outside so we were woken very early by very loud banging and yelling. The staff were really friendly. And the breakfast was not bad. Bagels, muffins, juice, cereal, fruit. The basics.

Walls were thin we can hear everything above us and all the banging through the night. The room was so big it almost felt empty like a huge office space. It was a normal hotel room not a suite. So it just felt different. But it was clean and tidy. There’s not much parking out front and could not park near our room. Had to walk everything from the end of the parking lot to get back to the front door to go inside to our room.

Bed was comfortbale , fell asleep like a light out, thats how tired I was .

No option of breakfast concession food for celiac alergy customer. Fruits that was there Red apples & Bananas I cant have do to high sugar content - not good for diabetic custmers as well.

Did not have any breakfast

Had a restless night of sleeping the air units did not work and there was a loud continuous bang every hour I called to complain at 3:30 am on Christmas Day she had no idea and said the maintenance will be there at 7 am. Which I would be getting ready to leave for the day ? Hiw would thus assist me ? The morning receptionist was rude and immediately said we have no generator by your room very unprofessional Ming you this is Christmas morning

It was close to a holiday party

The hotel claims to be non/ smoking but the second we hit the elevators- it reeked of marijuana the entire time. Thankfully our room didn’t smell that way just the hallways and elevator.

Only the location. Worse Hotel ever!

Terrible experience! They didn’t clean my room in all the four days I was there. I went to requested and the young lady at front was so rude and sarcastic. telling me she will see what they can do. They came to clean it the day I was leaving. The breakfast was lame and terrible. Coffee was weak or not available. Only dry cereals. Worse ever

Nothing, my room was not habitable

My room was not clean, there were multiple wet spots of dog urine on the carpets. At least 5 or 6 different spots. Feet would get wet when walking around the room. There were no other rooms available to move to so instead of staying the night we had to drive all the way home, cutting our trip short. The hotel refused to refund our money for the room. It makes me very uncertain about using booking.com or a Hilton property again. Very bad experience

Very loud elevator, the sheets were nice, but not enough for how cold it got. The TV signals don't all work. Which sucks and I hope the TV service gets fixed so I could watch all the advertised channels and not just like 20.

Really nice spacious room and a great pool. We had a great time.

The pool was very nice and the overall look of the hotel and the rooms is nice. Our room was so spacious, I loved it. I love that the room had a mini fridge and a second sink.

There was a lot of ants coming into our room so that was a problem. Breakfast wasn't anything amazing, we ended up just getting yogurt and then going next door to the Denny's.

Decent place with spacious room.

Surprised to be asked for a credit card that must have a brick and mortar presence. I mentioned Fidelity Investment has buildings in its headquarters, being one of the largest institutions in the USA. The front desk clerk was not convinced, went to the back to check with her manager and the manager also declined it. I've been traveling for decades literally around the world and have never been declined for using a credit card before. It may be a new policy, but if so, it should be stated in the hotel description. Fortunately my husband had a different credit card so i asked him to bring his to the lobby. I usually carry two cc when traveling internationally but may have to do it domestically as well now.

I would not recommend for anyone to book there unless they go direct.

Sad for the amount of money, all they offered was a bagel and coffee and juice. I messed up when I booked with booking .com because they charge me a 100 hold for each room and the price change from 430.00 to 530.00 upon arrival I was not prepared to pay that amount.

They wouldn’t accept my credit card as payment as it is not a bank you can physically walk into. I was traveling by bike with and had to find alternate accommodation that evening as I could not stay here.
