Place was a super spot yet the staff needs to brush up on customer service.
The pool is perfect for younger kids. The staff had the slides speedily repaired as promised.
I requested 2 adjoining rooms so we could enjoy our grandkids. Request ignored.
We asked the desk 3-4 times to be sure that they charged our daughter’s room to our card. They failed to accomplish this task. She discovered that they charged her card not just for a deposit but for her stay. We got it corrected but felt our repeated requests were ignored.

Kid and cost friendly
Great for the kids. Great access to the adventure park. Room was very quiet considering all the kids in the hotel. Loved having a fridge and microwave in the room for drinks and snacks.
Wish breakfast included some additional hot items. Juice was very watered down. I was upset housekeeping didnt take out our trash and give us fresh towels. We stayed 2 nights with 4 people.

Won’t stay there again.
Location was fine
After paying for my stay, they add an additional $10 for PARKING in their lot. Really? The desk attendant could care less and spoke poor English.

Convenient, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the area.
Great location - close to Two Rivers Park and just a short drive to Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Clean rooms and easy access to everything we needed.
Breakfast could be better - I’d rate it about 5/10.

Location is perfect for Hot Springs and Adventure park.

Outstanding and I would do it again the next time drive thru there Thank you
The location located in the valley between the mountains was beautiful and the staff was very polite and respectful. The entry into the lobby was very nice as well 👍
I don’t have anything to add about being dissatisfied

Great price, friendly staff, pet-friendly
Pet friendly, location
Limited hangers (3) for two travelers isn’t enough.

Unpleasant experience
Close to Hot Springs and town. People were friendly.
Filthy dirty, our room had dust and dirty everywhere. Room 402. Heater vent blew dust all over the ceiling in bedroom two it was black and disgusting. Someone with allergies would have issues breathing. The king bed was way too soft sunken in and sagging on the bottom of the box spring. Lighting in room was very dim and dark. Can’t read a book comfortably. Interstate traffic was noisy all night long. Jetted tub, jets popped out, wouldn’t stay in. Sorry but I paid a lot of money for a three night stay. Never will be back.

Overall, great experience for us and our crew!
Pool was fabulous, except the floor - while not slippery, most of our feet were tender the next day from the 'rocky' floor
Didn't realize we also had to pay 10 bucks to park (as that is that is charged for the adventure park) in addition to paying for the hotel.

Not a fan of hidden fees. Would not stay again.
Clean. Nice location.
Extra charge for parking when parking is free everywhere is outrageous, just add it to the room charge.
Breakfast was a joke.

Great location to take in all the activities that Glenwood Springs has to offer!
Location
The pool slide was closed.

Staff was friendly
Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean
The slide in the pool was not working. The pool worked ok for my 6 year old but would not have worked for my 10 & 12 year old the deepest the pool was 3.6 feet. The breakfast needed eggs and meat.

It was fine
Liked the location
Didn’t like having to pay for parking. Didn’t like how thin the walls were. Could hear everything in other rooms. The continental breakfast was very disappointing

The stay itself was fine minus the added charges for no reason
I was charged an additional $20 and I have called numerous times for an explanation as to why. I was told a manger would call me back. No one has called me back. I have called numerous times the phone just rings and I get a message for the operator and no one picks up the call.

Wouldn't stay here again.
Location was great.
Wasn't clean, hallways needed vacuumed. Staff were cordial but not very accommodating. Basement floor rooms were hot . We got two rooms and they put us on different floors. Housekeeping never cleaned our rooms and we stayed for 4 nights.

Family friendly amenities, but terrible hotel room and limited breakfast
The pool was great for the kids, and it was nice that the room could accommodate 5 people.
The bedding didn’t fit the bed and rolled off the corners, the mattress was uncomfortable, the pillows were yellow against the white sheets and looked dirty, there was a stain on the floor under the sink from past water damage, the bathroom door had water damage, I70 was very loud outside the window, the room had a musty smell and we couldn’t open the windows to get fresh air, the breakfast was extremely limited without healthy or fresh options.

A great value w/breakfast.
Quiet
The pool area was closed, it was under construction:repairs.

Disappointing.
The pool was fine when it was working, but for half our trip the slide was broken.
Given the price they charge for this hotel you would think the rooms would at least be decent. The entire hotel is worn and dingy and the breakfast is just a variety of sugary junk (75% of the time they couldn't even stock coffee). The pool is fine but for 50% of our stay the slide, arguably the only draw to this place, was broken. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere and just pay the entry fee to one of the many other pools in town.

Had a blast… hope to do it again sometime with more grandkids.
Love the proximity to the springs and adventure park !
Grandkids …. Loved, loved , loved the pool and slide !
Was a blast and yet relaxing for us older folks in the hot tub. Also was grateful for the discount to the adventure park !!
3.0 / 10.0
We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room.
It was close to the hot springs and adventure club.
- additional parking fee
- no dining options
- the sheets on one bed had a large brown stain in the middle
- the sheets and comforter on another bed were not even put on
- the shower seat kept falling and hitting us
- the shower didn’t drain fast enough to keep water overflowing into the bathroom
- the room had a doorbell next to the door that people kept ringing
- there was a tissue box that was nearly empty with three tissues

I won’t recommend to my family and friends
Room size was good. Location was good
Basic amenities were not provided. Phone was not working. Room was not cleaned and many more

Fun pool- that’s it
Decent location with a very fun pool for kids. The continental breakfast was definitely lacking, there wasn’t enough food in the area was way too small for everybody. They consistently didn’t have any coffee despite me checking back every 30 minutes or so.
Breakfast is not good, overpriced, staff is generally not pleasant or friendl

Not interested in returning there when there are many other options.
Location was great and the lobby was updated and very nice.
A couple of things....we had to pay to park in their parking lot which was $10.00. That was not cool in my opinion especially when paying as much as we did to stay there. Although the lobby and the towels looked updated, the rooms need it. The bedding was very old especially the sheets and the pillows as well. They should absolutely update all of that especially for the price.

Overpriced. You can go somewhere else cheaper.
The location
The hotel had bugs everywhere. The staff was not friendly, nor were a very helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. Breakfast was not very good at all, and the rooms itself was very outdated. It was dirty but the lobby you can tell was very modern and up-to-date.
9.0 / 10.0
the rooms are basic, but the pool and location are fantastic and they made the stay very enjoyable
Loved the pool with the slides for the kids, and the proximity to the cable car leading to the park!
the breakfast was too basic to my taste

Close to Adventure Park
Close to Glenwood caverns. Warm pool, good breakfast.
Door key cards kept not working apparently anytime they are near electronics or anything they reset. We’d have to keep going downstairs to get them activated before entering our room every single time no matter how hard we tried to keto them away from electronics. The pool is really small and the hot tub is uncomfortably hot. Rooms had little bugs crawling around. Also elevator kept going out.

The staff shortage and over charged makes me re-think either come back or use booking.com again
The pool facilities was very clean and well maintained. the game room very entertaining and nice to have for kids. Bedroom and bathroom are nice and clean. Breakfast nice and added value to the stay.
As travelers are still enjoying the summer vacation in America, places like Glenwood Springs offers so much for families with kids, specially the hotel location just side of the Gondola for Glenwood Springs Adventure Park. Saturday morning at breakfast time was disappointing. Around 8 AM, with a high demand and all things running out fast. While having breakfast and observing, the hotel was under staffed. The person working to replace food and coffee, etc also was overlooking for the front desk. At some point people impatiently complaining about, I noticed she moved to the front desk to do the check out for guests. To sum up to my stay, I booked my room using Booking.com which my expected stay should be $776.88. I had two charges on my credit card (291.08 + 572.64) totaling $ 863.72. Even I asked at front desk, could not understand the charges and expecting the incorrect amount to be a kind of hold at checking to be fixed later for correct amount after check out, as I have seen in many hotel I stayed. Not happened. :(

Dirty and smelly pool
Walking distance to Glenwood springs caverns
The elevator was out of service the first night of our stay , our room was on the 4th floor 😭, the water from the pool was dirty and the smell of Clorox was really strong, the water from the Jacuzzi smelled like dirty rag , I got a drink from the vending machine on 4th floor and it was hot , the machine wasn't cooling the drinks , for the price of this hotel I was expecting a lot more because is not cheep, also the breakfast is really simple not a lot of options to choose from

Easy to book, decent breakfast, great location
Very close to gondola to Adventure Park!
Tub drain clogged with rose petals. Changed our room from 2 queens to a king and a bunk bed without telling us.
4.0 / 10.0
Disappointed as last stay there was so much better.
Good location.
Infested with elm beetles. Was told they'd be vacuumed up but never happened. Asked for a chair and wasn't delivered. Also ran out of oj at breakfast.

Very uncomfortable beds and the AC continuous was not fixed until last day
Check in and check out
Had to argue over AC system for 2 days, when people kept telling us it worked when in fact it did not

The stay was ok.
Location was great.
We didn’t get extra towels. Elevator took forever. For what we were paying to stay, thought breakfast could have been better. More hot items like eggs, sausage. For what was being charged, I didn’t think staying at this hotel was worth it.

Would come back again.
Welcoming snd accommodating with requests. Was greeted by an employee cleaning the entry way to the hotel. Room was comfortable. Close to where we needed to be.
The breakfast had a good variety of items.
Room was a little musty.
6.0 / 10.0
It was good, but just the fact that I had to buy breakfast somewhere else I wouldn’t stay there again!
Very family oriented and the pool for the kids
I was very dissatisfied with breakfast. Only waffles, cereal, yogurt. Nothing hot or some kind of bread to toast. I ended up having to buy breakfast. The dining space is also very small for the size of the hotel.
3.0 / 10.0
It was ok for one night, but I woldn’t have stayed if it wasn’t for the pool area for the kids.
The pool area for the kids, but it needs a bit of a TLC.
The people, not very welcoming and the prices are too high for the value.

The location was ideal but the stay at this hotel was not, unfortunately we will not be returning or recommending.
We liked the location of the hotel to the sites we were visiting.
We found several bugs in our room with hair on the pillow cases of our bed. The breakfast was disappointing with no warm eggs or protein. We were not greeted by the front desk workers, they had their heads buried in their phones. When you are paying almost $250 a night after taxes one would think they would be greeted and have a clean room. I am not one to write a review but this stay warranted one.

Will never be back
Staff was beyond annoyed with doing their job. At one point I even asked if they were okay, seriously! Down stairs rooms reeked of mold. Breakfast was that cheap 3 week old bagel bread stuff you could use as a hockey puck. But don’t worry they had those school lunch’s red apples with a shelf life of 2 months you could grab on the go.

Convenient location in proximity to shops and the gondola.
The gondola to the amusement park was at the hotel, very convenient. Had a pool that the kids loved. The regular room was outdated, but the suite with a jacuzzi, bunk beds, and a king bed was very nice it also had two tvs.
It was outdated.

Convenient clean hotel for families and the adventure park
The tram to the adventure park is at the hotel, indoor pool has a big water slide and a little toddler one, great for children. The double size hot tub is great for adults. Typical hard boiled eggs, toast, pastries, waffle maker, juice and coffee for continental breakfast. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were comfortable but smaller, good ice machine.
I wish the tram was included in the price of the room. With the discount it’s still over priced. Also it would be nice if they had more out door picnic tables and a patio area set up for guests, it’s such a beautiful location. The banged up room doors need upgrades, because cards demagnetize often.
