I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the male receptionist. He was constantly sleeping at the counter and had a harsh and unprofessional attitude. He charged me twice for the same room and said they would refund the money to my card. However, to this day, I have not received back the money I deposited and the money they charged me twice for the same room for one day!

When Can I stay again

I didn't have the breakfast I was up and gone at 7 A.M. the room that I was was "WWWWWOOOOOWWWWW" I had a 55" T.V. the bed was out of this world, the room was being in a 5 star room WOW But the motel is being remolding right now, but what saw was WOW

Replace the Microwave the place was being remolding so there was a lot of things, to fix but in the long run it's going to be a nice place to stay, I can't wait to come back again, maybe the time the pool will be ready, I'm giving it about 3 to months to get right, when your remolding I can't to see what it look's like month to come, If you need to place to stay wait about a few week when it's all done, Then you'll see what I'm talking about, I travel for business and I have stay in a lot of hotel and motel I was to tell this is 4 star soon to be a 5 Star

Renovated and good location, but high deposit for motel

Renovated rooms and great location!

$200 deposit. This is the first time I've ever been charged a deposit when going through Booking.com and I've stayed here many times. They told us it was because many people are damaging the property, which I understand but $200 seems steep for a Motel. We paid in cash so we didn't have to deal with waiting for a refund on our card. However, they only provide the cash refunds after checkout time at 11am, which is not convenient if you need to leave early.

I couldn't sleep because of the noise from outside and the creaking of the room.

The room feels very clean, probably because it has been renovated.

No towel racks No place for (wet) outside shoes Shower cycles between warm and cool Next to a pub that doesn’t quiet down until 1 or 2 AM Very large screen TV came on loud at 2AM People upstairs kept moving around until past midnight making floorboards constantly creak (possible overweight) TV’s in other rooms were on until past midnight with people talking No way to contact office Office to check in was difficult to find, not well marked with the renovating

No breakfast. Location was good.

This place had the pool shut down: the fridge was rusted and falling apart. The AC did t work. It was dirty. The bedding had white semen in it and when they replaced it we got one with cigarette holes. They had boxes all over the windows and our entire wing was being demolished all day. The ice machine was broke too: and no phone in the room. It was the worst hotel I have ever been too.!

The location was centrally located for going to the beach, shopping, ect. Loved the updated room and the very comfortable bed.

The water in the shower could have been hotter and couldn't figure out why the TV kept coming back on after it was turned off. It was more of an inconvenience if anything.

My room had been upgraded substantially and very comfortable. Staff in office were very helpful. Location was good. I felt like the areas outside were under major construction (no pool or jacuzzi, whole areas were covered for major construction). I was there overnight one night on a Friday night, so for me, it was o.k.

We chose to pass up on this seemingly good deal.

We booked because it seemed a very good deal and we liked the location and that there were two king beds.

When we arrived the pool was drained, the whole place appeared to be under construction and there were mattresses and other debris from the rooms sitting in the walkways. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable and decided not to stay. They refused us a refund and would not respond to our attempts to cancel.

Given a key , but had to wait outside the hallway as the room wasn't ready and waited for 30 minutes and also requested ground level but given a room on the second floor. I am handicap. No elevator and no handicap ramp.

The property has done some room upgrades (?)/remodels, and they are fantastic.

I tried to check in around 2. Room not ready, that's cool, check in is at 3. Come back at 3, there is some discrepancy as to what kind of room I reserved. That gets sorted, and I'm given a room key and told my room is ready. The lady from housekeeping (who is in my room, cleaning)tells me the room won't be ready for another 1/2 hour. I come back at 4 and am finally able to be in my room. Can I check out 1 hr later? I stay at this property at least once a year, and the upgrades they have made to the rooms is great. Check in should be great also, not a source for irritation.

Staff is great-friendly and very helpful. Remodeled room is lovely. Very easy to get to the beach. Quiet. Great value.

The remodeled shower doesn’t drain properly. Entire floor got wet and didn’t dry. For heavens sake do something with the pool area -even just fill it in. Has been nonfunctional and pretty ugly for years.
