This place was awesome! Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The setting had a very "country lakeside campground/resort" feel to it. Kids were able to go fishing from the shore and docks, which was a really great way for them to unwind from a long day in the car. There was a nice dog named Buddy that roamed around cordially and greeted you happily as a friendly dog does. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will stay there again next year when we make the trip to NE Alabama.
