staff was friendly and welcoming. They responded quickly to requests like shuttle to airport or more blankets. Breakfast had a variety of options.
Facility needs a face lift. painting was happening in the hallways. Had an odd smell in the main hallways. . Sink in bathroom in room did not drain unless you removed the drain plug. Remote control buttons were very sticky and difficult to use. Remote seemed clean, but difficult to control volume or choose from the guide. I could look on the guide but then needed to exit out of it and punch in numbers to actually change the channel. Frustrating. Post card on desk was a flash from the past - I like this bonus. Shuttle driver was nice. Ride was a little rough, but I believe it was the van not the driver.
