Budget choice in Sedona

This was the best deal we could find in Sedona and it was a good surprise. The place was clean and looked renovated. Quality was good for the price and the bedroom and bathroom were clean as well. Would definitely go back in the future.

I wish we had more options for breakfast and more space as well. We arrived at 8:30AM and couldn't find a spot to sit. It was cold, if not, outside would have been great. The registration office was very simple, but again, it was still better than what I expected.

I really liked the location and ease of getting in and out of the property and room. Good views too

The employees were so friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond. When we got there the hot tub was cold. I notified the front desk and they responded that they were having their maintenance person look at it. Not much later I received a text that it would be hot in 45 minutes and it was!

We enjoyed the hot tub and the room and the friendly staff.

I thought there could have been a few more choices for breakfast. I also think that if the juice machine is out of order, it’s nice to get a couple cartons of juice.

Lovely property with nicely updated rooms, great pool / hot tub area and continental breakfast.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub one evening after a big hike. The coffee in the lobby is good and always available.

We stayed at this property previously and loved everything about it. This time, the breakfast options were significantly decreased from our previous experience. Some of our group ended up seeking other options off property for breakfast.

The motel is in a great location, walkable to restaurants and drivable to other attractions. Staff was friendly. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable and we loved the balcony, pool, and hot tub. We'd definitely stay here again!

The soap dispenser in the shower was nearly empty on arrival. Really, nothing major.

It was nice, I would stay there again. But only if the room was $75 less and they had more bfast options.

I liked the private patio, the pool and jacuzzi, and the bed was comfortable.

Could have been cleaner, especially the floors and comforter. The bathroom had dirty floors and the surfaces throughout didn’t seemed wiped down. Light switches were not wiped or disinfected. The breakfast was almost nonexistent.

Room was large and clean, but make sure you request a room away from the ice machine, it is noisy and used late at night and very early in the morning. Jacuzzi temp varied several degrees on different days. Free continental breakfast.

my only complaint was the front room in the king suite we stayed in was disappointing . the couch was very small and uncomfortable so was the dinning table. Looked nothing close to photos.

Nice location and close to a lot of trails!

The balcony seating was very nice and the breakfast grab and go has a decent enough spread to choose from.

I had a weird tv connection where someone from another room or elsewhere kept connecting to our TV (happened back to back 3 times) and showing images of naked women…I did let the staff know and since we weren’t in the room again often, I’m not sure if it ever happened again.

A lovely hotel, made all the better by excellent service

A very comfortable, clean and spacious room, friendly staff and a really decent continental breakfast. Despite being near the main road, we weren't bothered by road noise once inside the room. The pool looked lovely though sadly we didn't have time to use it. We would both definitely book again and have already recommended the Green Tree Inn to friends.

Fantastic room with a view

Fantastic location with views from the balcony. Room was large and clean - beds were comfortable. The early check in and late check out was really handy while exploring Sedona and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Really good value for money when you stay here and is a great launch pad for exploring the area.

Green Tree Inn Rocks

The Green Tree Inn provides the perfect location to enjoy Sedona and surrounding areas! The staff remains helpful and pleasant each and everyday. The Inn allows guests to relax with comforting pool/ whirl-tub, porches with comfy chairs and views, and even has an interesting rock garden path. Inn and gardens around the inn, as well as the parking lot is pristine and well maintained. My husband and I loved our seven night stay.

Breakfast could use a variety option with each day having something unique; one cannot enjoy the exact same breakfast for seven days.

Short, sweet but perfect!

Clean, spacious and all we needed for a couple of nights in Sedona. Great that a small breakfast was available. Staff, particularly Angel, were excellent! Really happy to help no matter what and made us feel very welcome and safe.

Location OK, but signage from one direction was difficult to see. Room was adequate but falls short of good

Room was small and overall feel was a 1960s/70s Motel. Breakfast was an absolute joke... cereal dispensers did not work, bagels stuck in toaster. No hot food options unless you count hot water for instant oatmeal. Coffee was decent

A great spot for those on a budget!

As two young people travelling on a budget, we chose the had the least expensive room at the GreenTree Inn. Yet, we were still treated to a space with a cosy, modern feel and we especially loved the large spacious shower. The pool area was great - the water felt really clean, unlike most hotels we have stayed in before. Every member of staff at the hotel was welcoming and helped us however they could. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel, prior to checking in and for a couple of hours after check out, without any problems, free of charge. You are within 10 minutes walking distance to the Safeway supermarket and 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop headed towards Sedona town.

The breakfast was very bare minimum, consisting of toast, bagels and granola at the most. I would’ve liked to have seen more exciting options, to see have seen better value for our money.

Room is small. I booked a queen room but it got a small studio. Pool is small, when there is only 1 family playing in the pool with noodles and ball then you have no way to swim. Breakfast is boring.

The hotel is very good! Cozy and comfortable, and has a good location (7 minutes from the Devil's Bridge trail). The bed is very comfortable and the TV is smart. The cleaning was very good and the pool is simply wonderful. the breakfast was very complete (it just didn't have eggs) but it had fruit, bagels

The bathroom gets very wet and water leaks out of the bathroom, the sink was clogged and the coffee space is small, but you can take it to the room and drink it there.

Wasn’t crazy about the sofa couch bed. The bottom seat is too deep to be comfortable to sit on in normal position. Sitting with legs crossed worked.
