Would stay there again, we went and did a lot of activities so it was really just to sleep.

Not being charged for pets!!!! There were a lot of restaurants close by. The staff were polite and helpful.

We had a few stains on the blankets but the room smelled and looked clean besides that.

Nothing. Even the price was more than we expected.

Everything. The heat wasn't on when we got it, so it was cold for over an hour. We could hear everything in the parking lot. Our deadbolt was broken. The beds were uncomfortable. The TV was broke.

We would stay here again, but would want to see and smell the room first.

1st room we were given came with a live cockroach in the bathroom sink, that when the light was turned on, scampered back down the drain. The room had a foul smell to it also. We requested another room. The second room was clean and did not have quite as strong of a smell as the first. We think they have a plumbing issue.

Adventful

Booked this room ahead of time to watch a family member graduate from ATU. Arrived late but kept in contact with the property staff. Staff were friendly when we arrived. Upon arrival the lobby smelled musty. Got checked in and went to our room. The room appeared to be clean. Except for the sheets looked like they were older than my 83 year old granny. Two flat pillows per bed. No handle to latch the door. But then before going to sleep I had to get up and that’s when it all changed. I seen a bug crawling on the pillow I had just had my head on. It was a freaking bedbug. I immediately took the pillow with the bug still on it to the front office. The front office attendant just took the bug off the pillow, proceeded to hand me another pillow. It was explained this was unacceptable and I needed to speak to a manager. The attendant said we could handle it in the morning. I told him that no that this is unacceptable and I want to speak to the manager right now. After a few phone calls the manager arrived. I explained the situation, showed videos and was refunded my money. We loaded up and found another hotel for the night. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Very disappointed.

It was a place that I could try and sleep at..

I requested a smoking room with a pet. Had to move to a different room, then asked if I had a dog (yes) there was an extra charger of $15 a day for my dog. Did not see that coming, because it said pets welcome 🤔 On my second day I took my dog out and came back to my room to find housekeeping in my room! That was very uncomfortable for me. What if I had been in the shower and didn’t lock the latch on my door???

I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for. But no one care about the guests and that was known to us.

The afternoon gentleman was very friendly and helpful. He gave me fresh towels and was super helpful.

The time I got in, the evening gentlemen wanted a pet deposit for my service animals and I had the proper paperwork to prove it. The breakfast was horrible. I paid for breakfast and picked the hotel due to breakfast option and we ended up with a stale honey bun. The paint in the room where we paid a lot of money for the paint was chipping off. The sheets had black stains on them. The mattress was stained.

The hotel easy to find and affordable. The room was a good size and bathtub was to die for.

The fan over the bathtub area was broken and made loud noises and the bathroom door was broken.
