The location was easy to find and the place was clean when you walked in..

are room was right by the ice machine and the kitchen. We didn't sleep at all after a long drive. When I talked to the man who checked us in who was laying on the couch with his feet up texting and wearing glasses at 3:45am I asked him is this usually this loud at this time as I can't sleep with all the noise of banging and such from the kitchen? He replied I only check people in. I told him as a paying customer giving feed back, this is unprofessional especially at the price we are paying . Also the smell of cig smoke made me sick with in our room.

Inadequate lodging

Our room was clean and beds were comfortable.

There was no clock in our room. The hallway carpet was stained and the lighting was dim. At the ground floor entrance, not lobby, had a sliding window wide open that any non guest could have entered. The only reason I felt safe was that my adult son was staying with me. I only saw one employee that wore a Quality Inn shirt denoting him as a staff member. Most staff we not dressed appropriately and sloppily. A poor representation of the company.

Stay was fine but not worth the high cost.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable.

Air conditioner didn’t seem to be working properly. It kept cycling on for a few seconds and then shutting off. Room smelt like someone had smoked in there. Definitely not worth the $250 we paid.

So damn noisy. And they charged us twice for the visit its now been 5 days and the refund is still not in the bank. Just awful.

Worst stay ever and I’ve stayed a lot of places.

I should get my money back, this was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Filthy room, ice machine sound right outside the room, sounded like a train was right outside the door. Someone was preparing breakfast at 4am banging around pans, again right next to the room. The price was over double what I paid for another place that had two beds and multiple more amenities.

The breakfast was 15-20 minutes late so i did not partake.

No internet and i had to call 2 800 numbers to be told their was trouble with equipment and their tech had left for the day. At 4 pm?, checkin time for a motel? I dont think i should have had to call anybody, staff should have. Also there was very noisy garbage pick up outside my window at 5:45 AM. After the stay i was told that there is a discount for hospital stay, but nowhere was that info.garbage pickup outside my window at 5:45 am! And no elevator.

A disappointing stay

I tried to focus on the one positive aspect of our day, that the establishment was very clean. Shopworn but clean. The breakfast area was immaculate each day. Care had been given.

Since we were in Silverdale for eye surgery, I was remiss in not realizing in advance that this facility is without an elevator. We had equipment to bring in and this proved problematic. And, unfortunately, the motel's wifi was down and had been for a number of days. This made for another difficulty that, with a better facility choice on my part, could have been avoided.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area with quick access to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and rather spacious. The staff members were very friendly and the breakfast is good with a great variety of food.

My room was in the second floor even though I asked for the first floor since I had many luggages (there is no elevator). when I was leaving, I asked someone to help me go down with my luggages but no one did.

Wasn't sure about this due to the location, but turned out to be quite nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included. Stayed two nights.

Parking was a little tight, but I have a small car so not too bad.
