I would stay again. It was very clean and the employees were very friendly.

Great breakfast, loved the coffee machine. I usually don't drink coffee at motels.

That you could not get back in the motel from the exit door. I assume it was for safety. It made it a little harder to let my dog outside.

Staff was nice & the stay was great

The room was very nice & clean. The pool area was nice & the pool was heated. The location for the property is in a great location, close to the highway, shopping, food, gas.

Joliet

Location was great

At around 3-4 AM there was a domestic dispute in the next room over. They were smashing stuff and pushing each other in to the wall screaming. I could see the front desk guy sitting outside the door doing nothing so I felt the need to call the police to end that. Whole thing went on for about an hour and a half before anything happened. The hot tub and pool were also gross with brown film and smelly water

Met travel needs

Staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was decent.

Cost was outrageous for me! A similar hotel I stayed at that week just outside of Mempis was $89 for a night. Joliet is well outside of Chicago and I was shocked by the $200+ cost. That will absolutely prevent me from any future stay.

Has everything you need

Pool seems hazardous , very slippery edges. Jacuzzi looks outdated , needs a new paint job. Shower needs curtains? No bathroom/changing area in the pool area. No staff or security on site after hours 😳

Never use booking.com!!!!!

Property seemed fine

They did not confirm my reservation throughbooking.com. They would not give me the room I had reserved. I had to pay for additional rooms in order to sleep there because there was nowhere else to go and it was so late at night and I was traveling with my family. I would never ever use booking.com again!!!! I still haven’t received my money back. I’ve had to borrow money to continue on my trip because booking.com is not refunded my money. Horrible experience using booking.com!!!!

Best western 55” location STAFF ROCKS! Clean/ friendly hotel!

My mother reviewed previous review.. myself,Keri & my 4 kids stayed here May-June 2023 about month &half! Right when I walked in , Victor the GM was so kind and on top of my reservation ! Josh, Adam and all staff was amazing! The kitchen area was the best I’ve seen allowing access 24/7! Breakfast was always delicious and hot w fresh fruit . Being their so long w our puppy , the staff became close to kids and I and always w a SMile and helping us anyway we needed it. I recommend 10X this Hotel and thanks again personally victor, Mariel..?? Josh and Adam… amazing job and we can’t thank you enough.. my kids and I, Keri Koser! I apologize for my mothers Kathy K review .. we hope to book w you again sometime in future!!

one of the best hotels I stayed this year, I spoke for many more hotels that allow dogs, and the pool will work but they said no, Pool is not working, blah blah no pets blah blah, I found this place and it did what I expected required for 4 days in a row, excellent, the girl and the guys at the reception are super friendly,

Not awful

Convenient general location but pulling out is a nightmare. The employees were also nice.

It needs work. The elevator was iffy and our toilet was wobbly. At the end of our trip it didn’t flush. The carpet was very stained and the pool was closed by the Health Department. Pretty much sums it up.

The front desk receptionist (didn't ask her name unfortunately) was very kind, welcoming and helpful. That was the only good part we could remember of that stay.

Stinky carpet, uncomfortable mattresses, breakfast that supposed to be served until 10 am - before 9am no food left, no coffee left - unbelievable and disappointing.
