There was no breakfast that I know of. Excellent location for our time at Leeds. We go to Barber every year and it's close to the track. Buckee's across the street for breakfast. Front desk very accomodating and gave us a ground floor room. My friend has trouble with stairs.
Bathroom a bit lacking. First night seemed like the commode was a bit slow flushing and took the shower a long time to drain. However, that problem seemed to be rectified aster the first night.

I really liked it a lot. They have smoking rooms there was people on the property cooking out . It was very well lit . Right across the street from buccees and there was a convenient store down the hill. I mean its great if you don't want to spend the money but even the rate was great .
The breakfast but they've ever sense the covid nothings been right.
