    Ac remote had no directions couldn’t cool room, my elderly mom, had to go buy a fan, front desk girl couldn’t figure out… and then the ac unit dripped water all over my back and my clothes got soaked .. 😞

    Great location and place. Big and clean room. I recommend staying a room with a jacuzzi bathtub!

    We reserved a king Room and when we went in the bed was broke... Mattress is all old. Front desk lady was understanding about moving us. She walked down to let us choose a room that we liked. We got moved to a double queen room which the beds were not broke but they are old and sink in. Third stay I went down to the office to see if I could get some air freshener for the room. The room had a foot order to it after the humidity from the rain set in. Lady said she would have some machine put in next morning and after I got out of work and got to the room, they never put that machine in there. My reservation was non refundable so I HAD to stay. Lesson learned and I got what I paid for. Unreal lol
