The hotel has a great location
The hot tub was not working. Young children were running around unattended and swearing in the pool area. The same situation was happening at breakfast as well. We called the front desk and asked for more towels and wash clothes as they only gave us 2 wash cloths for 4 people. They said they would bring them up, we waited 30 mins and nothing. So on our way out to supper I stopped at the front desk and asked them to just leave them behind the desk for us. We got back from supper 2 and a half hours later and there was still nothing. 5 people in line and no one behind the desk.
