    Our room was okay. We had a fireplace and hottub room. Our TV needed reset upon arrival. The hottub was outdated. When starting the shower tho it wasn't draining so I looked into the drain there was a massive hairclog. We were told we would get our stay free and room would be adjusted in the morning. And offered a different room. We just carried all our luggage to the room we didn't want to move again. So we declined the room change. Next morning at checkout we were advised to email the manager with the pictures which we did. Then received notice back she discounted the room but I must teach out to agoda to receive it. What a pain. Probably won't go back. This was our second visit there.
