Jetted bathtub.
First room didn't have a functioning air conditioner in the living room area. Staff changed our room and that one wasn't vacuumed and the tray was missing from the microwave.

Bed was comfortable, quiet except for an occasional train going by, good location downtown near State Capitol and Governors Mansion.
Tired old hotel owners trying his best to renovate.
