Requested replacement towels never received. Received smoking room which was not requested that smelled like alternative smoking options.

The rooms were clean. Provided toothbrush but no toothpaste, mouthwash, soap, lotion. Towels switched daily. Location was alright. It was a basic stay but clean room.
The staff didn’t inform me of much upon arrival. I didn’t realize there would be housekeeping each day so I left personal stuff out. There’s no security lock box. The breakfast is to go style: granola bar, muffins, bottled juice. Not quite what I expected. No pool or lounge to relax. It seemed more like a motel. You can hear traffic from the interstate in the rooms. Was still able to sleep.
