While my spouse and I were sleeping, around midnight someone tried to open our room door, the safety lock was the only thing that prevented that person from entering our room. The clerk probably duplicated the key or a maintenance person wanted to use the room for personal gain. I complained to the morning shift and they showed no care or concerns, they just said tanks and that they would check the cameras. I am very disappointed.
