Property itself was great, good amenities

This was a large resort with lots to do for children and adults.
The accommodation we rented was dated and not particularly clean. There was mould in the shower, the stairs carpet was dirty. We asked for additional cleaning which we were happy to pay for but Boone came. The water pressure was virtually non existent at times. Fand and lights didn’t work.

Beautiful beaches and pools, great size condos for all size families, love the new Waterpark with plenty of space and chairs, fun family atmosphere, laid back vibes
Food was too pricey for quality, must have fresh fish on menu not frozen

The location is amazing, very private and very beautiful.
The units are not up to the beauty of the location. Very small and very basic. Many things not working in the first unit such as ice maker, tv cable unhooked, toilet paper holder torn off the wall etc. too much to list.
