Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hands down most friendly and inviting place we have been to.
Couple negatives, door to room was hard to close and seemed to be a common theme as people were slamming doors. Pool was out of towels a lot, person only brought 4-5 at a time.

The pool was at a very comfortable temperature and clean, last few hotels in the area the water too cold and not so clean. We come to Baraboo regularly to see our granddaughter who loves to swim, so a nana friendly pool is always appreciated.
Hot tub jets not working, not such a big deal but would have been nice if there was a sign "not working, repair in progress" instead of us trying the button multiple times.

Cigarette burns in the sink, no towels near the pool and the dispensers in the bathroom were empty.
