HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND INVITING. STAFF WAS REALLY NICE AND WHEN REQUESTED FOR ADDITIONAL TOWELS OR ANYTHING THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND.

Location, front desk and breakfast room staff were very friendly. Our room that we moved to had an excellent view. The bed was comfortable and room clean although a little worn in looking.
Rooms/halls were tired looking, missing a painting on the wall, no hot water in the shower and the balcony needed a repaint/redo. For the rate more towels should be supplied and they should be newer/old/thin/scratchy. Either more towels in the room or additional at the pool area. Main turn off was the very strong smell in the lobby and rest of the hotel. Like moth balls. Breakfast food should improve. Options were of low quality. Sausage was good however.
