Great location super close to beach access, friendly staff, clean accommodations, close to great food places like the food factory, sushi, and a super fun pool and Bowling place.

Kevin and Anju were pleasant and competent; they (well, mainly Anju) responded to every request we made.
The hit tub was very welcon; I used ir every night.
The Continental Breakfast was Spartan. The waffle grill was a good touch. More choices in fresh fruit would be welcome.

The ocean view was awesome. The location is great. It has a pool which we did not use-there were lots of kids who seemed to enjoy it a lot.
The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were old and lumpy, old linens. It is an older facility and needs updating for sure. It did not feel unclean but there were rings in the bathtub.
