The hotel is in walking distance from restaurants and shops and only a short drive away from the beach. Still, our room was extremely quiet! Our King room was squeaky clean. We had a wardrobe, suitcase stand, microwave, fridge (no freezer), a coffeemaking tray, and toiletries. There are ice makers and a snack shop. Breakfast offered potato tots, scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, cereals, different kinds of breads and beverages.
No clam cleaning station/kitchen; I had asked before booking and was told they had one - we were shown a footwashing station and a freestanding sink with a tap, which works for washing off clams but not for cleaning them.
The bed covers were very thin - ask for extra-blankets before going to bed.

Price.
Breakfast was free but only for two hours. We came down clam digging and by the time we got back it was done 9am. So the price we paid with free breakfast wasn’t so good. Was noise the night we stayed there too

The ocean view was awesome. The location is great. It has a pool which we did not use-there were lots of kids who seemed to enjoy it a lot.
The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were old and lumpy, old linens. It is an older facility and needs updating for sure. It did not feel unclean but there were rings in the bathtub.
