Quiet and easy

Location is good - nothing is to far in Lubbock. Room was comfortable and everything worked as expected. Bed was comfortable and the correct size requested.

Limited parking in the front of the building due to two spots being reserved. There's available parking in the back, but it would be nice to have a view of your vehicle.

The pool was closed and nasty. The first room the tv didn’t work was moved to another room where the room ac didn’t go below 66 but it felt like in the 70s there was marks all over the wall. Was told I needed 100$ deposit to get the room even after booking on this site and if I didn’t have the 100$ I still wouldn’t get a refund bc the policy states 100% non refundable also when I gave the deposit was told to make sure there wouldn’t be any stains on the towels or I won’t get the deposit back. Also was told not to have anyone visit the bathroom door wouldn’t close

I had a family emergency that brought me to Lubbock in the middle of the night and the gentleman at the front desk was amazing and helped me with my quick check-in. Food was delicious as well.

A convenient stopover on a long trip.

Superb location, right beside I-27. Lubbock was a 'midpoint' on a long trip, so proximity to the expressway was very important. The air conditioning work very well, and Texas is very hot for much of the year... so, this was certainly appreciated.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was what you would call a decent, "OK" hotel. Nothing special, but, nothing especially bad, either....

Everything was just so ghetto.. none of the entrances worked had to park out back. An then walk all the way around the building to get in the walls were so thin you could hear the people in the next room..

Nothing there were there were roaches on the bed the floors were dirty. No toilet paper.

I didn't like how the front desk charged a 50.00 pet fee when she is a registered companion dog. I had here paper work with her picture an registered number. An the lady said well I still don't believe you. I told her t look it up on line she took 30 minutes an found that I was right. Didn't apologize said we will refund your card it can take 5 to 7 bussiness days to show up on your bank account it's up to them how fast they want to process it. It's April 22 an I still have not been credited yet.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Located by I-27 & the loop, easy on/easy off. Shopping & restaurants were nearby. Rooms are quiet & clean. Breakfast is amazing. Choice of cereal, waffles, fruit, eggs, gravy, hash browns, biscuits. Juice & coffee. We recommend stay here to our friends & family.

You get what you pay for.

Great location. Easy access to interstate, but not bothered at all by noise from highway traffic. Free breakfast was sufficient. Bed was comfy.

The check-in process was painfully slow. There was only one person before me but it took over 20 minutes to check in and I had somewhere to be. Room had a funky smell. I walked around on the floors in the room barefoot and ended up with these weird black dots all over my soles that I had to scrub off…

How the guy at the customer service desk was rude n made me feel unwelcome. I wasn't able to check in due to 100 deposit that wasn't excepted threw my card which I didn't see nowhere on the policy that I couldn't use my prepaid credit card for the deposit.

Almost like our second home!

Location is right at freeway entrance, however traffic isn’t heard while in room. Stores & restaurants all nearby. Room is clean & I feel safe. Breakfast is probably the best we have encountered yet. Eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit, pastries & juices. Coffee is exceptional! We visit LBB every 2months or so. We’ve stayed at just about every hotel around, this is by far our favorite, for all the above reasons. Travel with pet as well & are always able to secure ground floor room. I would recommend this place to friends & family!

The vending machine and side door were out of order. The walkways and grounds around the hotel were not conducive for walking the dog. Lots of dog excrement and sticker burrs. The TV remote required batteries.

The room was very clean, the staff was nice. The price was decent.

The only thing I did not like is the other guests in the next room were a bit noisy and the bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked, but other than that it was a good stay.
