Very comfortable bed and pillows. The front clerk was nice and friendly. Easy to get to, the only hotel I noticed on 11W
Ease up on the room spray it was nearly overpowering. Linen looked worn. These are minor gripes only; I had a good, comfortable overnight stay at this hotel.

The bed was very comfortable
There was no working ice machine. The hair dryer was broken. It was quite a distance from the interstate we were traveling on. Even though it was a continental breakfast the food choices were extremely minimal.

Staff was super kind, courteous, helpful and respectful.
Minimal breakfast offering with little or no protein, modest choices for food. Coffee was horrible.
cheap toilet paper. toilet seat disconnected. Rusty bathroom wall areas. difficult figuring out how to use tv remote.
Unable to contact hotel directly for directions..no telephone # provided.
would help to have small nite lite in bathroom rather than keep bathroom lite on all nite.
