the room was fine. What made this exceptional was the customer service I received. Room service came the next morning to see if I needed anything. I needed 2 clean towels and they were replaced immediately. The morning I was returning home my car would not start. I asked a young man that was pushing a cleaning cart if he knew of anyone I could call to get a jump. He immediately said that he was do it and he also had the cables. He had to push my car back, to get to the engine as I was facing the room with a car on each side. I was 7 hours from my home! The family I was visiting was 45 mins away. He had me on my way home within 20 mins and very happy! I am grateful for the way I was cared for.
The tv stations available were not very good, but that was not important to me.

The prices and location are awesome 😎
The floor in the room was dirty. It was like it hadn't been mopped in months. Our feet and white socks were black on the bottoms from walking on the floor. Was not impressed with that.
