Placed reservation and card was not supposed to be charged until I checked in. They charged the card 3 days before check in. It was my daughter's card she put on there to reserve our room. Then was told by manager named Stacy thst even when I checked in with my card that my daughter wouldn't get her money back until we checked out. That it was being used as a deposit, even though at that point they would have had mine, the guest, on file. When questioned. Stacybwas rude and condescending. This is not the first-time she has had this attitude with my family. She did everything remove the charge from my daughter's card but it never should have been charged in the first place. My daughter says she has reserved many rooms through your site with the check in at time of stay and her card was never charged before check in. She remains highly upset because it posed some financial issues for her. She says she's not using your site again because of it.
The manager named Stacy was rude and condescending to my daughter.

I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was thoroughly enjoyed. The front desk woman was very personable and kind to give us extra towels. The hotel is in a perfect location near food and businesses.
The hotel room door was a little hard to shut and you really had to push to make sure it closed. There was a little grime in the tub we had to clean out before using.

Room was clean and had plenty of room
It didn’t feel like it was in a good. To be pet friendly they only had a very small area of grass right beside the road. They have a $100 refundable deposit.
