Location and price
Needs updated, took us 4 try’s to find suitable room-carpet was wet in one from AC, second one had a smell, and third Tv didn’t work

Breakfast was ok. One morning to many people and not enough food. So that morning we did not get any breakfast. There
were food hogs taking plates of eggs and bacon.

The hotel’s proximity to Mt. Rushmore.
We noticed the front desk was left unattended many times when we walked by or needed assistance. The staff rarely acknowledged us. The rooms are in need of updates/remodeling.
