For an overnight stay it's okay. Coffee maker doesn't work, then I have to walk to the office to ask for replacement because no phone in the room. Also they have to fix the sink it is draining slowly.

We booked a suite for 4 nights and all went well. My husband and I have been remodeling our home and due to contractor concerns needed to stay another night. I booked for another night. I went to check into the new room the next morning and was told I had stays to many days they would have to cancel my reservation, leaving us with nowhere to stay.
