    This facility is in the process of being remodeled. There were craft people everywhere, painting, doing whatever. The hallway carpet was filthy there was scaffolding, tarps old furnishings stored everywhere. Our room on the first floor has been remodeled. Unfortunately the room reeked of raw sewage, the bed linens were stained and the HVAC system sounded like a passenger jet landing whenever it came on. There is only one light in the room. A low lumen wall light. The internet was not accessible. The gracious lady at the front desk did her best to get that resolved. To no avail. She contacted the hotels IT person that directed me through processes to gain access to the Internet to no avail. He told me the problem was my laptop. However my wife could not connect to the internet with her laptop and the front desk person could not access it with her smartphone and I could not access it with my smartphone. The staff deserves kudos for their customer focus. They were cordial, professional and attentive. Don't know who the individuals were that rated this facility a 9+ but they were definitely wrong!
