Location was perfect to the concert event

It was close to the interstate so it made travel easy.

The key card for the door never wanted to work.

Didn't do anything except sleep for a few hours.

Check in staff talked way too fast, and got irritated every time I would ask her to repeat. Also yelled at me when I was exploring the lobby, because I accidentally went "where I wasn't allowed" (little nook that was strictly for breakfast). She also questioned when I asked for extra sheet and pillow. Very rude clerk.

I was charged an extra $100 as a “deposit” for a 1 night stay on top of already prepaying on booking.com. The deposit was refunded in about 3 days, which to me is way too long. It was “clean” in that there was no surface dust on things, the sheets were washed and the floor was maybe swiffered. But scuffs on walls and floors, stains on the sofa, and a beat up bathroom make it feel very worn and subtract heavily from feeling clean. It’s a long stay hotel catering to truckers and construction workers I think. During check in, some guy sat in the lobby on a digital slot machine. It was an odd vibe. If I had been with my wife, she would have wanted to leave before ever checking in. Families… stay elsewhere.
