It was a very bad experience, and I spoke to two different employees who could not have carried any less.

The location was convenient

The place was filthy. There was food and trash in the stairway (there is no elevator) when I got there Tuesday and I let the front desk know and was informed there was nobody from housekeeping there, but it would be taken care of in the morning. It was still there all week and when I told the woman at front desk on Friday at checkout, I was told they were shorthanded, and that the manager would not be back until after the first of the year. The room was also very rundown and not very clean. If I could’ve gotten a refund and gone somewhere else, I certainly would have. Real estate.

Everything is close by, it's not far off the exit & I would definitely come back when in town.

Breakfast was nice & convenient. The staff was also helpful for the most part.

On Saturday night, they rented one of the big rooms close to mine for a birthday party, so we could hear music & people coming in & out for hours. There was also a drunk older group of gentlemen talking for 10 minutes loudly outside my door. Other than that Saturday evening, it was very quiet & comfortable. I would just get a room further down the hall if I came back.

Bedbugs

Bedbugs infested place, I was bitten during the night and had to leave at 2am, I have allergic reaction and it ruined my visit of the area, arrogant attitude from manager

HORRIBLE

I was had a long day at clinicals for school and i had drove that morning 4 hours from Hershey to go do my clinicals. Got to the hotel and WiFi would not work, i had a 3 hours test that night. The help desk didn’t not help just for them to tell me the person that works in that department for the internet was not on duty. I failed my test that day because i was unable to connect to WiFi. The hotel was dirty, my room was not pleasing for my stay. I had a bad experience there and will never recommend anyone to stay there.

Okay, but really not worth $100+ a night.

It was located 5 mins from our daughter’s dance competition. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Not very clean. There was dust, spider webs & there isn’t a pool. There is a hole in the wall where the doorknob hits it from people swinging it open, so no stopper there. It definitely needs updated. Probably the worst Quality Inn we’ve ever stayed at.

I was disappointed.

Property smelled a bit. Room was OK but mattress was lumpy. Sink did not drain. No one at reception for 5 mins when I walked into lobby.

facility was adequate but I expected a little more

" continental breakfast" was a joke. Prepackaged US Foods mini muffins and danish and hot coffee? I stayed at a Hampton Inn a month ago and for another 30 dollars a night there was a hot breakfast, cookies at check in an the rooms were in better shape. Here the headboards on both beds had the backings worn/torn off at the head spaces, chair had a broken caster. Hall was muddy due to contractors on longer term stay didn't clean their feet off as well as proping the side door open every night. Thats a security concern.
