View of The Dalles dam/bridge on Columbia. 24 hour coffee service. Closeness to lovely Dalles town and Discovery Center. Parking easy. Clean facility.

The location was okay

They overbooked my rooms. They then expected me to pay if I canceled my full reservation. We had to then separate my family while we were dealing with a family emergency that ended in death. The room smelled terrible, it was filthy, and the AC didn't work. And the front desk worker was zero help and expressed no concern about our situation.

Fine hotel but other loud and rude guests ruined it.

Clean and good location

There was a youth team there and they ran the hallways yelling, knocking on doors, waking people up until well past midnight. It was not the hotels fault but they also were not able to stop it. We asked for a refund and we were credited $20.

Pet-friendly with places to walk!

The bed was extremely comfortable and the flat screen TV was large! There were grassy areas to walk your dog.

The hotel is old and dated. The breakfast was poor. No veggies, bananas, plain yogurt or nuts... very processed foods. Get your own if you are a healthier eater.

The breakfast is well prepared and lots of choices. The staff is great. The room was very nicely furnished and everything worked. Good wifi

The sink area needs a towel rack or hook. The front grounds are shabby. Weeds line the front of the building and there is little landscaping.
