Right when you walked in it was inviting and the staff was great! The rooms were clean and very roomy. The shuttle to the casino was even better!

The blonde gentleman at the front desk was the BEST ever. Give him a raise!
We could have had more towels! The bed was extremely firm and caused me some upper back pain. My husband was fine. The gentleman at the front was understanding and gave me two huge comforters to soften my side of the bed. That night, I felt like I was sleeping in a cloud. Good breakfast and a nice single serving coffee machine.

Easy access to casino, quick check in, breakfast offered. Bed was comfortable.
First hotel that did not offer an ice Bucket in the room. Had to go to checkin desk to get it. After getting it I must say it was functional but it was so low quality to the other hotels we stayed at I didn’t understand why it wasn’t in the room…lol.
Most hotels when you walk in your room make you feel cosy or comfortable. This one has a very business not homey feel to it.

Breakfast was great and so was location.
The hotel seems more run down than in the past. The hotel puts 3-4 duplicate holds on your bank account which is unacceptable. Staff could not explain or fix. They also stated that numerous people complained about it.
