Comfortable and nice, will ALWAYS stay here when in or close to Mayfield Heights, Oh

Breakfast as for the main meal can be a hit or miss depending on your likes, there is always waffles, cereal, variety of bread and pastries, coffee, juice. The staff is wonderful and accommodating.

There is nothing major that I disliked. The location is perfect, close to freeway, eateries, sight seeing and more. I would like to see maybe a pool, spa pool and sauna someday.

Hotel needs a deep cleaning

They were the only hotel in town that still had rooms left for my last minute business trip. The biscuits and gravy and eggs for breakfast actually tasted like they were freshly made.

The first room I was checked into smelled like years and years of smoke saturated into the material of the bedding and the carpet. The front desk was lovely and helpful and assigned me to a new room which was better but also still smelled like lingering smoke smell. The air conditioner was so dirty that you could see the thick layer of wet dust all over the outside of it it did not work properly the room was humid and wet to the touch when I came back from my meetings. The faucet in the shower was falling off the wall. Outside waiting for an Uber the only seats to sit in are saturated with the smell of smoke. It seems to be a theme in this town because every Uber I took was saturated in cigarette smoke

Beds were very comfortable and my family and I slept very well. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect and the staff were outstanding. If I needed anything there were there to help. Very polite and accommodating.

1) The television was outdated. The screen was very dark and I could not adjust it to make it brighter. In order to see it I had to turn off all lights. 2) The bathroom toilet was very low to the ground, I asked for a room to accommodate me with my handicap, there weren't any bars to help me on the side of tub or toilet.

It was a decent stay

We had a pretty good room on the second floor. Everything was okay. There wasn't much noise, maybe because we didn't have any neighbors :) Breakfast was standard, with eggs as the hot option. There was also yogurt, bagels, muffins, apples, coffee, and tea.

There was no pool available on the site, this was kind of disappointing. AC was a bit loud

Does the job.

Location is very good and a decent travel stop. We spent two nights. The staff was good overall. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Rooms come with a fridge and a microwave, although the fridge was noisy. The aircon worked well. The bathroom was small but clean, and everything worked.

The elevator was out of order nearly the entire time, and we were on the third floor. Additionally, the stairwell needed a good cleaning. Breakfast was doable, but it had a few issues. The worst was the waffle maker that did not work. The old waffle makers don't cut it anymore. It makes more sense to have frozen waffles for the toaster. Bread selection was good. Hot food, eggs and sausage, subpar. It's kind of not great quality stuff. The fruit was fresh. Coffee and tea are good.

Never going back

The beds were comfortable.

We reserved a king for my husband and myself. When we got there we were told the only king left was on the third floor. But the elevator was broken. We asked if there were any doubles lower than the 3rd floor. They had one left on the 2nd floor. It was late so we took it. Hauling all of our bags and cooler up to the 2nd floor was difficult. We are retired and had a rough time getting our stuff up to the 2nd floor via stairs. No help offered. The room was ok, the beds were decent. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. We only stayed one night and left. I think a Super 8 would have been better.

Uncomfortable.

The breakfast was fine, the staff members were helpful and friendly.

Both days I was there, the fan only blew cold air, so the room temperature was uncomfortable. Outside it was in the 40's. and inside it had to be in the low 70s or high sixties. I slept with clothes on. On the second day of my stay, there was no hot water in my room. I had stayed there a few months ago, and things were fine I had a first floor room, so even though the elevator was out of service (and still is by the way) my stay was fine....which is why I came back. Never again. I

Worst experience and on top of it I was charged so high.

Nothing ..Worst experience. I was given a room which was not of good standard. Quality was bad. Smoke smell all over. Elevator was not working. Then after request another room was given.

Rooms were not good. Breakfast was not good . Bread was stale. Lock of my room was not functioning. It tool more than an hour to repair that. I requested the front desk to allow me find another hotel, he didn’t agree! And not ready to refund.

The location is great and the area is very nice with many things to do. The staff that we saw was friendly enough.

Nothing in this hotel works. As you'll see in every review before this, the elevator is not in working order. There were no ice machines and the one water fountain was also broken. Our room was fine, other than having patches on the wall that weren't painted over. I didn't even try the breakfast since everything else was disappointing.

Wasn't quite worth the savings

The place was clean enough. I liked that breakfast was included in our stay.

I woke up at 3 AM because one of our neighbors repeatedly opened and slammed the door. Maybe 10-15 times. And the person in the suite next door was talking with someone for an hour. I could hear them very clearly. I could even hear them open a few beverage cans, that's how thin the walls are. So my sleep was interrupted. My husband also didn't sleep well because the bed wasn't very comfortable. The breakfast area was very cramped and crowded and the TV was playing a show that was inappropriate for children (We were traveling with a 9 and 3 year old). I picked this hotel because it was slightly more affordable than other hotels in the area, and the location was close enough to where we needed to be for our vacation. But in the end, I wished I would have spent a little more money for a place that would give me more privacy and space.
