Not worth it they stole my money

They made me put up a 50 dollar deposit for the room told me I would get it back on my card in 24 to 48 hours well it's been 9 days and I haven't gotten it back i call them they lie to me and give me the run around

It was spacious, but filthy.

The rooms were pretty big and easy to book.

There was mold in the freezer and fridge, there was a weird smell in the hallways and room, and the smell water jug in the lobby (they didn’t have water bottles) was filthy.

Disappointing

The hotel is in a very good location because of all the outside food choices that exist.

The bed was very uncomfortable, as I woke up with a sore back. The breakfast offerings used to include sausage, eggs, and sausage gravy. The price of the room is still the same although these items are no longer available. Now the only things available there are bagels, toast, cold cereal, juice, and a waffle maker. Highly disappointed.

Run down hotel with unfriendly and unaccommodating staff.

Very small selection for the breakfast. 2 kinds of cereal and bagels. That's it.

The bathroom door is so warped it won't shut. The drain in the sink would not go down and the handle in the shower kept falling off.

I didnt like anything.

There were bed bugs iand chicken bones in my first room. The staff was not amenable. The whole place smelled of cigarettes. My second room had cigarette burns in the sheets. In the morning no one was at the desk to help me check out, and saw notes of bed bugs in other rooms.

It was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever been to, like they get the number 1 spot in how dirty the room was and filled with cockroaches and bed bugs.

Not great.

Not clean in the slightest. There's ants everywhere. Rude staff. Cleaning ladies are nice, but they only work certain days a week and they don't pay them enough so they can't keep cleaners. The breakfast is also disappointing. Watery eggs and rubbery sausage. Ants on the counters where you prepare the food. Gnats in my rooms. Incredibly disappointing experience. Including pic of glass I stepped on.

Beware queen beds are full beds

The location was good and the price was good.

I got 2 rooms with 2 queen beds that were literally full beds. Others at breakfast were complaining about the same issue after I brought it up to staff. I know what a queen bed is as I have one at home. The staff wasn't great, it took me 30 minutes to check in and there was only one person in front of me. The sausage at breakfast was so burnt it was like leather.

Breakfast was awful, potatoes were warmed probably in microwave. If you can't cook them don't serve them. No fruit. Nothing sweet- rolls, muffins, danish, something would have been nice. Special request not met. Trash in the parking lot. People smoking directly outside the doors. Toilet wasn't working properly, my husband was handed a plunger, so he could take care of it himself. NOT his job. Desk person too busy for this weekend. Unfortunately I was paying more than what they normally charge and she wouldn't adjust it.

I didn't stay there and booking would not give me my money back. The room was smelly, location was unsafe for kids. The halls smelled like smoke. Staff wouldn't assist in returning my money.

It was the WORST stay I have EVER had at 49 years old!

I accidentally booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds instead of one room with 2 queen beds for 4 adults. Once we arrived at the facility, I explained this to the front desk but because I didn't book through them directly, the lady (who claimed to be the owner) stated she was unable to cancel the second room. Ok, no big deal, my 23 year old daughter and her best friend occupied the non-smoking room on the first floor, #113 as my husband and I occupied the smoking room on the second floor #205. We had traveled 4 hours,don't the time we arrived, we just wanted to get the room and go to eat . By the time we had arrived back at the facility it was pretty late. Once we got our bearings,I noticed that there were butter pads behind the one bed and the TV didn't work. Also after getting out of the shower, the particular tile that was installed in the bathroom was NOT SAFE at all! It was like a sheet of ice when wet, so I had to be very careful getting dressed and ready. Whenever I checked out, the same lady was at the front desk and after explaining to her that our room was disgustingly filthy and the TV wasn't working l, she stated that she was unable to help me or refund any of the money back. I also, called Choice Hotel and had explained the above stated. The rep had given kena case # and advised me to return the call within 72 hours for an update. I also called Quality Inn back and spoke to the SAME front desk lady and explained my experience again to no avail! I will NEVER book another Quality Inn when going away again!

The service was awful. The room was disgustingly filthy with butter pads behind the one bed. The bathroom floor was like a sheet of ice when wet after getting out of the shower. The TV was not working The ice machine was down I checked out Monday at 9 AM and it is now Wednesday, I have yet to receive my $50 deposit back. NEVER AGAIN!

The staff was friendly, helpful, and it actually felt like a bed in breakfast, with southern hospitality. I had this same comfort at Mom's homes. Absolutely love the staff.

Bed comfortable,linen and towels were clean. Breakfast was c plus.

Area location, lot of "gentlemen clubs" in the area. No elevator, and my knee was bothering me. This was not advertised, l was told by the receptionist that I should request a first floor room, she did not change my room to first floor. Overall the room and halls , carpet were cringey and needed a thorough cleaning, painting and restoration. I would not stay here again.

I didn’t like anything!! It’s filthy and disgusting!!! We booked for 1 king size bed and they said it was unavailable upon arrival and offered us a double queen bed and both bed sheets had burn holes all in them and they had a smell!!! The bathroom was dirty!!! The lamp shade had brown stuff on it and the chair in the room was filthy with stains on it and the carpet was soiled!!!!!

It was good, affordable getaway for the night.

It was exactly as I expected. They're remodeling it. Room was mostly clean, bed was comfortable and bug free.

Housekeepers definitely need to do a better job. Found hair in the tub and old pizza crust behind the trash can.

It was very rundown the sink leaked, one of the lamps didn’t work, it looked like it needed lots of repairs. The breakfast was not good very minimal. I’ve been to lots of quality, and this is the worst one I’ve ever been in.
