Nothing my daughter didn’t get to stay after driving a state away and was told she couldn’t be there and was told she had to go somewhere else and then charged her for the stay anyway and refuse to refund her her money

It was in a nice location.

It was dirty and they had bugs.

It was about 11:30pm when we arrived, and after a basic check in experience where I thought it was a little strange that the reception door was locked, we went upstairs to our room. Immediately exiting the elevator, there was a room in front of us with the curtains wide open, lights bright, and two naked people having sex. It was extremely uncomfortable, and we had to pass their room in order to get to our room. After this extremely unanticipated and unwelcome sight, we were really uncomfortable in our room. It makes you wonder for the safety of the area, and cleanliness of the rooms. I will definitely not be staying here again. The review is asking me for 'vacation snaps'. Ha - SORRY no one wants to see that!!!!

Easy to get to

Room smelled it was dirty carpet felt old walking on it. Workers were nice. Hotel needs upgrade eggs were bad needs more tlc

Beds were very comfortable. Shower/water pressure was okay.

Breakfast was not good. Coffee was terrible, very very strong. Scrambled eggs were dry. Didn’t see any meat, gravy, potatoes? Good selection of yogurt.

The room smelled horrible

Everything was great, the hotel is old but clean, it is clearly maintained, our room was clean, the bathroom was clean, all the lights worked, the mini fridge and microwave worked great and were very clean also, the hairdryer worked, we didn't try the coffee machine. The lobby smelled delicious when we arrived. The pool was very nice with plenty of seating. Breakfast included waffles, toast with butter and jelly options, cereal, milk scrambled eggs, fruit flavored yogurt and little blueberry muffins plus your choice of apple or orange juice. If you're looking to travel casually or on a budget or looking for some 90's style vacation nostalgia then this is a great hotel, if you're looking for something upscale or ritzy though then this isn't the place for you. Keep in mind this is one of very few properties left that still have smoking rooms, not that we could smell smoke outside any rooms but if that's a problem for you stay elsewhere or bring air freshener but please don't complain about it. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful and I'm positive she had us checked in and ready to go in under 5 minutes.

The only complaints I have are small and would be the continental breakfast, while it is simple fair and that's perfectly ok, it would be great if the muffin selection extended beyond blueberry and maybe add some bagels and cream cheese? And lastly the TV, it worked fine but whatever basic cable is there doesn't offer much and it cuts in and out rapidly but only on certain channels.

Breakfast was not at all that we expected. Cold scrambled eggs, No meat, We eat there one time the first night after that we went to Bob Evans was right down the street,

I don't know but just look around at the other hotels in that area, I do know that that Hotel is one the oldest in the area, but the price was right on for what we received. we will never stay there again.

The door frame was very damaged looked like someone broke in to it. There was chewed gun stuck on the wall and feces all over the wall by the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting! I had to ask for a refund and find a different hotel for my family. The staff was very rude and the manager was worse!

The shower was dirty when we got there. The manager was rude The next morning when we told him it was dirty. He threatened to call the police but only sent staff to clean it instead of switching rooms.

The cleanliness was our issue. The shower curtain was covered with mould at the bottom and it did not appear that the tub had been cleaned and the bathroom floor was not clean.

The person working the front desk did her best to assist us despite clearly not being given an appropriate level of support by the management of the facility. Her efforts to assist were literally the only good thing about the location.

The facilities are run down, with trash and debris everywhere outside of the rooms. The room we were given was heavily smoked in despite supposedly being a non-smoking room. We had requested two queen beds and would have been given two twins had we chosen to stay there. Due to the horrendous condition of the room, we attempted to get another only to find out that the hotel had overbooked and had no appropriate rooms available to us (unless we had been willing to sleep in a broken bed and not be able to take a shower due to a missing shower head in another also run-down room), forcing us to find lodgings elsewhere. While we acknowledge the hotel does not have full control over their customers, there were multiple individuals in the front desk area behaving in an aggressive manner that created a sense of unease and insecurity. We are still awaiting a refund of our payment through Booking.com and are very dissatisfied with how difficult it is to get a refund for a situation that was clearly at the fault of the hotel, as the hotel claims it is a Booking.com issue and Booking.com claims that it is an issue with the hotel. We do not recommend staying here under any circumstances.
