Room not being 42 degrees upon arrival, the snow removed from the parking lot and sidewalks. There was no phone in the room. The front office smelled like weed smoking going on.

Location

The linens were stained, the towel looked dirty. The walls and door in bathroom were damaged. Wall near door had something red like jelly on it. Staff wasn't nice!

The whole experience hair all over the place carpet wet and smelly bathrooms sink leaked and around the tub hated it

The staff that worked at the front desk the lady in Man was very very nice but overall the room was dirty the floors was dirty the tub I couldn't take a shower the sink was leaking I could not walk barefooted because the floors was filthy that beds was squeaky it was awful I would not return but overall the staff at the front desk was great

I didn’t like anything about the property

This was the worst hotel stay ever. I picked a non smoking room and when I entered it was an ungodly aroma of smoke. This and ash tray sitting on the table, the sheets looked like someone washed an animal with them and then made the bed. There were cigarette burns on the furniture, almost looking like someone was being tortured in the chair. I didn’t know if I was going to wake up to an ax murderer in the middle of the night or if I needed a tenants shot the next morning. The shower didn’t work, the bath tub didn’t collect water, the wall paper was peeling everywhere probably from the rotten smell of cigarettes lingering in the air. It’s like the wallpaper had enough of the smell and tried running as well. The location of the hotel is the icing on the cake as if you picked your own demise signing yourself up for a setting in a murder movie and you are the main character. They should just advertise the hotel-“ hey if you can survive 24hrs without dying or getting grossed out you can have your money back.”

Room was dirty, had black mold, holes in walls and doors, could not lock main door, room literally smelt like someone had been urinating and deficating on the floor instead of using bathroom, no amount of air freshener would help
