The breakfast was decent

Went there specifically to take the grandkids swimming and the pool was so cold they couldn't stand it and the pool wasn't the cleanest. The beds weren't bad but the pillows were like trying to sleep on a bag of tennis balls. We will not be back

The whole reason for the stay was a grandma weekend with grandkids. Swimming was the most looked forward to part. The pool was freezing! Pool area was lacking in all areas. It was dark & cold even out of the water. When children don’t want to stay in, you know it’s too cold!

On arrival, woman that checked me in was standing out front smoking marijuana. Had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter hotel. She was high while I was checking in.

I didn't like that someone brought a dog thru the lobby. I didn't realize it was pet friendly. Makes me wonder if the room I stayed in had had a pet in there or if they reserve certain rooms for this. Also, we came back from out to eat after 9 p.m. I didn't like the fact that we walked right in at that time and no one was at the desk. I'm sure there are cameras but how do you know that the people who come in are on the up and up? What if people came in who didn't stay there and wanted to rob people? Made me feel a little unsafe. Room was a little pricey for the short stay.

Bed was super comfortable and appeared very clean Jacuzzi tub was clean and filled quickly. Bathroom area was clean and had plenty of towels.

Room overall was not very clean. Tv stand and coffee table were dirty. Large stains on couch cushions. Shower had no pressure and toilet struggled to flush all the way. Heat was off and when trying to turn it on buttons did not work very well. I had to push several times and very hard before they would work. Window sill was filthy with flies lining the window track.

The pool water was too cold for swimming. The toilets in the rooms were too low. We had little black ants in the room 121 that appeared from nowhere , In room 123 there was a honeybun smashed in the closet that was there before we arrived.
