The breakfast was amazing. A lot of variety. The beds were super comfortable. The desk attendant on Saturday night was super friendly. She was a great welcoming presence though it was really late made check in a breeze.
The pool was closed for maintenance. When you travel with two kids in the middle of January with not much to do and they are looking forward to swimming it would be nice to notify guests in advance. Also the room was never serviced in between days. I get keeping the linens but the garbage emptied, beds made, etc would have been a nice touch.

I put something in the fridge and the fridge was not leveled and practically fell over it was so wobbly…the directions for the tv aside to “push the guide button on the remote to view the channels” there WAS NO guide button on the remote so I tried to call the front desk and there was no button on the telephone for “front desk”.. I didn’t want to push the operator button fearing I would get an outside of the hotel operator, so I just didn’t watch television
