Safe warm place to sleep

Room stayed warm and was spacious beds were small

Didn't have breakfast included like it said it did. Had coffee but that was it. Wasa bunch of trash in side yard. Water had a yellow tint to it.

THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE

IT WAS CLOSE TO MOST OF THE SITES WE WANTED TO SEE.

THE ROOM DIDN'T SEEM LIKE IT HAS A GOOD CLEANING. THE SINK HAD STAINS THAT WOULD RIGHT UP IF THE PROPER CLEANING HAD BEEN APPLIED.

Your website said you offered breakfast and none was served, my room had roaches, and trash everywhere from previous people, and the shower head was not attached to the wall it was literally coming out of the wall.

The rooms need to be cleaned much better, the beds are old, uncomfortable & small. The floor was very dirty. The bathroom walls & along the baseboards of the entire room were very dirty.

The room they gave us had patched but not painted holes in the walls, urine in the toilet, a full monitoring board full of roaches. Staff was terrible and gave me a hard time refunding our stay when I refused to stay.

Unsatisfactory, not up to Booking.com standards. ButNight before departure I told clerk I would check out at 7:30a. Of

Room was badly renovated into “handicap”; old fixtures left on wall with hanging wires. No chair or stand for luggage; sofa blocked access to only space to hang clothes. Overhead light in bathroom didn’t work at check-in although fixed the next day after reporting.

Would never recommend

First room smelled of smoke like someone had just smoke a pack of cigarettes in bed. Got a second room which the room keys didn't work. Had to go get new room key for it. Once I was in the room the door frame showed signs of it being kicked in and the repairs were far from being strong or safe. Couch was extremely dirty with drug paraphernalia in the cushions.

Cheap but not worth it. Won't go back.

The pool had so many chemicals it burned 2 of my kids' faces. The mattresses moved Everytime you did, and the bathroom was so tight it was nearly claustrophobic. The weight room has 4 broken machines, which are the only machines they have. No towels for the pool area and even though I requested extra pillows I received none. The planks in the pool house are moldy, and there is no breakfast even though they advertise one.

There was no breakfast, not even cofffee. There was no WiFi. We had to call several times for clean towels. There was no housekeeping. We had one tiny chip of soap.

Horrible experience

We secured a king bed single and were given a double bed room way in the very back. When I mentioned the king room, I was told there wasn't one available, even though I reserved and paid for one a week in advance.The ceiling in the room was falling in and had black mold, there was no coffee maker in the room, the front lobby looked like it was the employees personal living area, the air conditioning in the room was on so high we had to turn it completely off but it turned itself back on in the middle of the night and we were cold all night, the motel was in dire need of some major upkeep, I did not feel safe as it looked like people were living there and just hanging out in their doorways and parking lot. We had to walk around strollers, etc in the stairway with our luggage.

The floor was dirty , our feet was black on first day there, water was no hot water, couldn't take shower too cold, and the water was leaking from the turn on valve had to be very aggressive with water valve to get water to turn on.There was boogers from someone's nose on the wall, Nothing was fixed, took over hr to even get some one to check even the cable , we didn't get the room we booked on line for. There was so many available rooms ect. I feel I deserve my money for my stay back no one should have to stay in poor conditions and dirtyness like that! Very unsanitary. My stay was from Weds March 1 til Friday March 3 2023 in Wooster, Ohio at econo lodge 122.00! I'm on a fixed income and to waste that type of money for a place like that isn't right!
