    like the location clean and quiet. middle of downtown walking distance of pretty much everything. Every time I go I do enjoy staying over night.

    Staff was very accommodating in terms of correcting my own reservation mishap. The rooms are outdated and need a major overhaul: paint peeling off ceiling in bathroom, mold in shower door/frame was gross, wet towel left behind bathroom door (when we checked in) and the mirrors around tub were disgustingly dirty. It's a shame, could be a very nice hotel and it's location is prime for downtown Oneonta and Cooperstown All Star Village.
